not what i expected from shark my last unit was much better how ever its functional after first time

Easy to put together easy to operate it just about runs its self. The only negative I have found so far it doesn't get corners well since the pads are round.

Great replacement to an old fashion mop and bucket. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. Pros: It definitely gets the job done! Fast and easy to operate. Cons: a cord is too short and water reservoir needs to be larger.

Works well by self moving when in use position. So far has been a really good buy. Tight inside corners not as easily reached but still i think i would buy again.

It does its job and good overall. Water runs out fairly fast when used on high. It’s very inconvenient to consistently replug because the cord isn’t long enough.

I love this machine. Purchased a new home with the floor not as clean as I would like. This light weight machine left the floors super clean. Very easy to operate.

Love the scrubbing for kitchen and bathroom, however the round ( which it has to be to rotate) doesn’t get corners. It does, however, run along baseboards! The dusting attachment works well on my hardwood. It is lightweight and moves easily!

Awesome scrubber, does a fantastic job. Floors have NEVER been cleaner. Nice to have option to choose between 3 levels of steam & scrub speed. Addictive (if you love clean floors)

My house keepers use it and they love how clean it gets the floors and doesn't hurt their back and shoulders. It really picks up the dirt on tile floors. I bought more pads as there's a lot of tile.
