I love that the control pad lights up with a touch. The light is bright, and the vent fan is strong. The add 30 seconds feature is beneficial. It heats my food quickly and evenly, which is a big plus. I also love that it has several different settings that allow me to cook different types of food without any hassle. There's a setting for melting butter! The design is sleek and modern, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen.

This microwave is beautiful to look at, very high-tech in appearance. The only thing that shows up on the black door is the time. When you open the door, the menu lights up on the door and there is also one posted inside the microwave. After you're finished with the microwave or the light fixture, these options on the door turn off again. There are so many features on this unit that I haven't had the time to experiment with many of them, but so far every feature I have used has been easy. The only negative I can mention is that when I want to turn on the light that shines over the range, I have to open the microwave door in order for the light options to appear. The options stay lit until I turn off the over-the-range light. I just wish there was an option on the front of the microwave door to turn the light on without having to open the door each time. Other than this minor issue I absolutely love my new microwave.

I love this microwave. I bought it mostly because of the extendavent but there is soooo much more to love. The controls are intuitive and so easy to use. Love the way it looks, no handle or buttons—just an expanse of black glass with a thin stainless frame. One of the features was easy clean—fingerprints just wipe off with a kitchen towel. They really do.

The command buttons are digital and disappear when not in use - only clock display remains on -- which adds to the shiny and clean appearance. I really like the quick reference guide for commands/cycles found inside when door is opened. The only suggestion I have: 1. The view window is too high - I am average height of 5'5"" and I still have to get on tippy toes to see inside microwave. Recommendation to LG: lower the window in order to view inside more comfortably. (Note: anticipating to receive a sweepstakes entry for review)

I have used this LG microwave about a month now and am so happy this is the one I went with. It was a learning experience for me as my old one was 20+ years old with not as many features. I like everything about this LG and love the exhaust feature that can be made to extend out over the stove a bit with just one little push on the housing. There are 4 filters which is great also. I do wish the letters were a easier to see.

I like the sleek design and control panel being hidden. However, I hate when you have to press a few times to hit a "butt9n" in order for the panel to appear. It might be operator error. With having two kids I also didn't think about all the fingerprints so it's constantly being cleaned.

I bought this a little over a month ago & I really like it. It looks very sleek & easy to use. My other LG appliances ( stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & Washer & Dryer) that I bought along with the microwave all can be linked with Alexa & the microwave can’t, which is disappointing. Hoping they do a software update soon in the LG ThinQ app that will allow you to sync it with Alexa. Other than that I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND this LG microwave.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this oven for a month and it has worked as expected, The QR code to connect it to the ThinQ app does not work and the app is not detecting the oven, I chatted with the supportt team 2 times but no sucess, I haven't been able to connect it to the wifi and use the "smart" part of it.

Easy to learn and use. Very powerful. quiet and so functional. The one touch setting for so many heating options shows that alot of thought and customer input went into the design and features. zooming forward to many years of great service.
