I purchased this microwave due to the extra vents. They are effective when cooking smells need removal however the normal 2 vents work well for normal need

Looks awaesome and has useful features like sensor reheat and an easy to use defrost menu that actually defrosts without cooking the food. The exhaust fan can be extended for extra coverage of the cooktop below. Works well with an LG range - the range sends a signal when the cooktop turns on and it turns on the lights and exhaust fan.

Like everything about it except finger prints on the glass front when you try to find control s.

I love this microwave. I bought it mostly because of the extendavent but there is soooo much more to love. The controls are intuitive and so easy to use. Love the way it looks, no handle or buttons—just an expanse of black glass with a thin stainless frame. One of the features was easy clean—fingerprints just wipe off with a kitchen towel. They really do.

Purchased 5 kitchen units November 25 , 2022 promised for January 11, 2023. Would not ship until all 5 were in and items on backorder changed. Finally received March 17. Problem was that on January 9th we were told to be ready for delivery on January 11th so we had old units removed. Without kitchen appliances for 3 months. Had 4 other reschedules.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave to replace the older LG one that lasted 11 years.. This one has lower wattage but heats better with less time. There are way more bells and whistles than the old one that I'm still learning.. But amm so happy with the performance of this one.. Also love the pop-out vent!!!

Wanted to upgrade our over the stove microwave and found this LG one. I love the slide out vent option. It really does get rid of steam and oil smoke from the front burners. It will help when we change to a gas range and oven. Other reviews stated issues with the side out function. I see no issues with the durability. Just don’t lean on it or put things on it. Power is amazing and food cooks quickly and evenly. Some others disliked that the screen goes blank until you open the door. I don’t notice this as an issue. You have to open the door to put your food in first. The only time it requires opening is to use the timer function. We are very impressed with the look, features, quality and price. It’s a little more expensive rhan other models but only a few have the expended vent features. Purchased direct from LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new microwave about 3 weeks ago. I absolutely love it. I love the look of it and the way it works. It cooks and reheats without leaving any moisture, and it's so easy to keep clean. If I could give it a thousand stars I would.

This microwave is beautiful to look at, very high-tech in appearance. The only thing that shows up on the black door is the time. When you open the door, the menu lights up on the door and there is also one posted inside the microwave. After you're finished with the microwave or the light fixture, these options on the door turn off again. There are so many features on this unit that I haven't had the time to experiment with many of them, but so far every feature I have used has been easy. The only negative I can mention is that when I want to turn on the light that shines over the range, I have to open the microwave door in order for the light options to appear. The options stay lit until I turn off the over-the-range light. I just wish there was an option on the front of the microwave door to turn the light on without having to open the door each time. Other than this minor issue I absolutely love my new microwave.

I like the sleek design and control panel being hidden. However, I hate when you have to press a few times to hit a "butt9n" in order for the panel to appear. It might be operator error. With having two kids I also didn't think about all the fingerprints so it's constantly being cleaned.
