I have had this microwave for 3 weeks and find it so much better than my previous microwave. The modern slike look of tge door is outstanding. It cooks rapidly and the reheat function is very good. It uses a senaor of steam to know when it shut off and does not cook the leftovers. The screen is easy to read and very easy to the touch to have it work.

I bought this a little over a month ago & I really like it. It looks very sleek & easy to use. My other LG appliances ( stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & Washer & Dryer) that I bought along with the microwave all can be linked with Alexa & the microwave can’t, which is disappointing. Hoping they do a software update soon in the LG ThinQ app that will allow you to sync it with Alexa. Other than that I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND this LG microwave.

Easy to learn and use. Very powerful. quiet and so functional. The one touch setting for so many heating options shows that alot of thought and customer input went into the design and features. zooming forward to many years of great service.

This microwave is beautiful to look at, very high-tech in appearance. The only thing that shows up on the black door is the time. When you open the door, the menu lights up on the door and there is also one posted inside the microwave. After you're finished with the microwave or the light fixture, these options on the door turn off again. There are so many features on this unit that I haven't had the time to experiment with many of them, but so far every feature I have used has been easy. The only negative I can mention is that when I want to turn on the light that shines over the range, I have to open the microwave door in order for the light options to appear. The options stay lit until I turn off the over-the-range light. I just wish there was an option on the front of the microwave door to turn the light on without having to open the door each time. Other than this minor issue I absolutely love my new microwave.

The microwave all ready fell apart and although after two tries we received the right part my husband is the one who had to take his time to fix it. We love the refrigerator.

But the performance of my LG Korean made Dishwasher and Microwave has been flawless as expected. I'm comfortable in the knowledge that they've been focused on quality improvements and right now I'd say they've gotten it right.

This microwave replaced our 12 year old appliance and we immediately noticed the changes. It is easy to use, the controls are user friendly, and the heat seems to be much more even than our old one. We especially like the LED light that won’t burn out! A welcome upgrade!

I love the sleek look of this microwave in my kitchen. My only complaint is that the template for installation was not correct and made installation a bit of an issue. However, once installed, the microwave works like a charm! I love that the guide is inside the door and I'm not fumbling through a book to decipher the elusive codes as I did with my former product. There are many more options with this unit than my previously owned one, and I'm sure some I'll likely use very little if at all. BUT I love that I can now melt butter without over or under doing it! It was a bit tricky to figure out how to get the display lights to engage without first opening the door and I discovered that quite by accident. Using at least 3 fingers, swipe slowly, right to left across the area where the display is located at the bottom of the door and the panel will engage. It might take a few tries until you get the hang of it but if works every time!

I moved into my new house in March of 2022. My house was new and therefore, my microwave oven was new. It wasn't an LG. I had an LG in the house I moved from and truly missed it. I thought, "I'll just try this one out for a while and see how it works." Well, I missed my LG and had to have it again. I went to my local store and found what I wanted, returned home and gave my other oven away. LG microwaves are the best!
