We selected this microwave mostly for the location of the control panel which is along the bottom of the door rather than being aligned top to bottom along one side. This makes it much more usable for us. Then we found all the extra features that are benefits we didn't expect.

The microwave all ready fell apart and although after two tries we received the right part my husband is the one who had to take his time to fix it. We love the refrigerator.

I moved into my new house in March of 2022. My house was new and therefore, my microwave oven was new. It wasn't an LG. I had an LG in the house I moved from and truly missed it. I thought, "I'll just try this one out for a while and see how it works." Well, I missed my LG and had to have it again. I went to my local store and found what I wanted, returned home and gave my other oven away. LG microwaves are the best!

I have had this microwave for 3 weeks and find it so much better than my previous microwave. The modern slike look of tge door is outstanding. It cooks rapidly and the reheat function is very good. It uses a senaor of steam to know when it shut off and does not cook the leftovers. The screen is easy to read and very easy to the touch to have it work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like all the features the microwave has. I do wish that you could program the time for the light on the bottom from the buttons on the microwave. You have to use the app for that feature. The app is easy to use. The extendable vent is a nice feature also, it slides out most of the way by itself but usually sticks a liitle at the end and you have to give a slight pull to extend all the way. At 100% power it heats food up fast. It is very quiet while running and plays a short song when finished.

I bought this in May and 3 months later it stopped working. No power at all. I'm am electrician so i know it wasn't the outlet. I performed the factory reset and it did nothing to rectify the issue. I called and after they were convinced it wasn't going to be fixed over the phone, they scheduled me a month out for a repairman to come out and look at it. Being that he won't be here until Oct 5th, i can not tell you the outcome of this situation. Other than that, I love the microwave. Great design. Very upscale feel.

Love the many baking features on the oven and how the stovetop heats up fast. Dissapointed with the air fryer. 1st of all it does not come with a drip pan which is a must for air frying. Also it does not cook meat on time with the set heat. My smaller air fryer still beats it by far and cooks as described with the cooking directions.

Two of the best features are the controls on the bottom of the microwave rather than on the side and the range exhaust fan that pops open to cover the front range burners. My wife is short, so the controls on the bottom make it easier for her to use without using a stool. Additionally we like that the controls lighting turn off after a few minutes after use so that all you see is the clock.

This microwave is beautiful to look at, very high-tech in appearance. The only thing that shows up on the black door is the time. When you open the door, the menu lights up on the door and there is also one posted inside the microwave. After you're finished with the microwave or the light fixture, these options on the door turn off again. There are so many features on this unit that I haven't had the time to experiment with many of them, but so far every feature I have used has been easy. The only negative I can mention is that when I want to turn on the light that shines over the range, I have to open the microwave door in order for the light options to appear. The options stay lit until I turn off the over-the-range light. I just wish there was an option on the front of the microwave door to turn the light on without having to open the door each time. Other than this minor issue I absolutely love my new microwave.

The MW is now about one month old and it is GREAT! It took about one hour to get all the options into perspective but now I feel comfortable doing things easily. I do recommend this LG MW. I consider myself an LG customer. I like their products. I hope this helps for anyone considering an LG product.
