I have had this microwave for 3 weeks and find it so much better than my previous microwave. The modern slike look of tge door is outstanding. It cooks rapidly and the reheat function is very good. It uses a senaor of steam to know when it shut off and does not cook the leftovers. The screen is easy to read and very easy to the touch to have it work.

I love the sleek look of this microwave in my kitchen. My only complaint is that the template for installation was not correct and made installation a bit of an issue. However, once installed, the microwave works like a charm! I love that the guide is inside the door and I'm not fumbling through a book to decipher the elusive codes as I did with my former product. There are many more options with this unit than my previously owned one, and I'm sure some I'll likely use very little if at all. BUT I love that I can now melt butter without over or under doing it! It was a bit tricky to figure out how to get the display lights to engage without first opening the door and I discovered that quite by accident. Using at least 3 fingers, swipe slowly, right to left across the area where the display is located at the bottom of the door and the panel will engage. It might take a few tries until you get the hang of it but if works every time!

The MW is now about one month old and it is GREAT! It took about one hour to get all the options into perspective but now I feel comfortable doing things easily. I do recommend this LG MW. I consider myself an LG customer. I like their products. I hope this helps for anyone considering an LG product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the microwave in November was delivered and installed in mid December. Had our previous one for 22 years. Lived the new one so much. Easy to learn and use. Very powerful. quiet and so functional. The one touch setting for so many heating options shows that alot of thought and customer input went into the design and features. zooming forward to many years of great service.

Two of the best features are the controls on the bottom of the microwave rather than on the side and the range exhaust fan that pops open to cover the front range burners. My wife is short, so the controls on the bottom make it easier for her to use without using a stool. Additionally we like that the controls lighting turn off after a few minutes after use so that all you see is the clock.

But the performance of my LG Korean made Dishwasher and Microwave has been flawless as expected. I'm comfortable in the knowledge that they've been focused on quality improvements and right now I'd say they've gotten it right.

Yes its just a microwave but my old one was 9 years old and this has some really nice features. The LED stove top lighting is excellent, power rating is just right with all the smart settings and I love the smooth modern design (no handle). The exhaist fan moves a lot of air but it is a little noisy on highest setting, quieter than my old one though. I'm pleased with my purchase and would buy it again.

I bought this a little over a month ago & I really like it. It looks very sleek & easy to use. My other LG appliances ( stove, refrigerator, dishwasher & Washer & Dryer) that I bought along with the microwave all can be linked with Alexa & the microwave can’t, which is disappointing. Hoping they do a software update soon in the LG ThinQ app that will allow you to sync it with Alexa. Other than that I do HIGHLY RECOMMEND this LG microwave.

I moved into my new house in March of 2022. My house was new and therefore, my microwave oven was new. It wasn't an LG. I had an LG in the house I moved from and truly missed it. I thought, "I'll just try this one out for a while and see how it works." Well, I missed my LG and had to have it again. I went to my local store and found what I wanted, returned home and gave my other oven away. LG microwaves are the best!
