[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like all the features the microwave has. I do wish that you could program the time for the light on the bottom from the buttons on the microwave. You have to use the app for that feature. The app is easy to use. The extendable vent is a nice feature also, it slides out most of the way by itself but usually sticks a liitle at the end and you have to give a slight pull to extend all the way. At 100% power it heats food up fast. It is very quiet while running and plays a short song when finished.

I bought this in May and 3 months later it stopped working. No power at all. I'm am electrician so i know it wasn't the outlet. I performed the factory reset and it did nothing to rectify the issue. I called and after they were convinced it wasn't going to be fixed over the phone, they scheduled me a month out for a repairman to come out and look at it. Being that he won't be here until Oct 5th, i can not tell you the outcome of this situation. Other than that, I love the microwave. Great design. Very upscale feel.

I have used this LG microwave about a month now and am so happy this is the one I went with. It was a learning experience for me as my old one was 20+ years old with not as many features. I like everything about this LG and love the exhaust feature that can be made to extend out over the stove a bit with just one little push on the housing. There are 4 filters which is great also. I do wish the letters were a easier to see.

I needed to replace our "over the range microwave vent hood" and searched out several different brands and decided to purchase this LG model. The extend a vent is really what caught our attention as it could possibly help keep steam from rising up onto our cabinets above. So far it has worked great. The only recommendation I have is to print the mounting diagram on heavier weight paper. It was very difficult for one person to hold flimsy paper and tape it in location for the mounting holes. Possibly print it on the cardboard box if you could.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this oven for a month and it has worked as expected, The QR code to connect it to the ThinQ app does not work and the app is not detecting the oven, I chatted with the supportt team 2 times but no sucess, I haven't been able to connect it to the wifi and use the "smart" part of it.

The command buttons are digital and disappear when not in use - only clock display remains on -- which adds to the shiny and clean appearance. I really like the quick reference guide for commands/cycles found inside when door is opened. The only suggestion I have: 1. The view window is too high - I am average height of 5'5"" and I still have to get on tippy toes to see inside microwave. Recommendation to LG: lower the window in order to view inside more comfortably. (Note: anticipating to receive a sweepstakes entry for review)

Love the many baking features on the oven and how the stovetop heats up fast. Dissapointed with the air fryer. 1st of all it does not come with a drip pan which is a must for air frying. Also it does not cook meat on time with the set heat. My smaller air fryer still beats it by far and cooks as described with the cooking directions.

We purchased this directly from LG, and delivery was fast. After much research, we decided LG in black stainless was just the ticket. Most over the range microwaves we’ve had in the past have been nothing to write home about. Not this one. The super clean design, no clunky handles, the nifty extend a vent feature, ease of use, and quiet functionality make this a winner. We’ll try the ThinQ features at some point. It’s great modern addition to our kitchen that looks great with our new LG induction range, both in black stainless. The rest of our kitchen is not worthy, we’ll need to remodel.

Really like this microwave. We built an ADU attached to our daughter's house because of my husband's physical limitations, and this microwave is great for a wide variety of cooking. My only complaint is the filters: WHY do I need a screwdriver to take them out for cleaning? The ability to have the air filter tray come forward is great. It can pick up the air from the stove's front burners so our small space doesn't get inundated by food scents.

This replaced a very similar LG, also with ExtendaVent, which is fantastic. LG installers refused to install and returned it because "it won't fit". It is the exact same size as the old one. So I ordered again without installation and had it installed by a 3rd party. (They said the same thing with my LG fridge. I installed that myself). I only have 2 issues with this microwave: 1. It doesn't have +10 sec button. 2. You have to open and close the door before you can access any buttons. It should have a sensor that lights up the buttons when you tap the front.
