I have had this microwave for 3 weeks and find it so much better than my previous microwave. The modern slike look of tge door is outstanding. It cooks rapidly and the reheat function is very good. It uses a senaor of steam to know when it shut off and does not cook the leftovers. The screen is easy to read and very easy to the touch to have it work.

The microwave all ready fell apart and although after two tries we received the right part my husband is the one who had to take his time to fix it. We love the refrigerator.

This microwave replaced our 12 year old appliance and we immediately noticed the changes. It is easy to use, the controls are user friendly, and the heat seems to be much more even than our old one. We especially like the LED light that won’t burn out! A welcome upgrade!

I needed to replace our "over the range microwave vent hood" and searched out several different brands and decided to purchase this LG model. The extend a vent is really what caught our attention as it could possibly help keep steam from rising up onto our cabinets above. So far it has worked great. The only recommendation I have is to print the mounting diagram on heavier weight paper. It was very difficult for one person to hold flimsy paper and tape it in location for the mounting holes. Possibly print it on the cardboard box if you could.

Yes its just a microwave but my old one was 9 years old and this has some really nice features. The LED stove top lighting is excellent, power rating is just right with all the smart settings and I love the smooth modern design (no handle). The exhaist fan moves a lot of air but it is a little noisy on highest setting, quieter than my old one though. I'm pleased with my purchase and would buy it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave to replace the older LG one that lasted 11 years.. This one has lower wattage but heats better with less time. There are way more bells and whistles than the old one that I'm still learning.. But amm so happy with the performance of this one.. Also love the pop-out vent!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great microwave with awesome functionality. For anyone wondering, this unit is 100% backlit, so the buttons disappear when not in use. It makes for a very clean look. Exterior venting also works great. I was able to pull app functionality into Home Assistant and am really taking advantage of what this microwave can do, also added it to Google Home this way. HOWEVER, there is no native support for Google Home, so standard APP users are out of luck.

We selected this microwave mostly for the location of the control panel which is along the bottom of the door rather than being aligned top to bottom along one side. This makes it much more usable for us. Then we found all the extra features that are benefits we didn't expect.

The MW is now about one month old and it is GREAT! It took about one hour to get all the options into perspective but now I feel comfortable doing things easily. I do recommend this LG MW. I consider myself an LG customer. I like their products. I hope this helps for anyone considering an LG product.

So far I am very impressed with a microwave. The extended vent feature is great and not sure why this wasn't always one. Works great with any oven. The large inside capacity is great too. Still trying to figure out how to light up the buttons without opening the door. The LED oven light makes a huge difference, our previous model was very dim. The slim design is very appealing and I really like the no handle feature. I really have nothing bad to say about it. Looking forward to many years of use.
