Super easy to use. So many different settings to use. Easy to clean. Makes fantastic soft serve. You can make your own ice cream or use ready made. Doesn’t take up much room on the worktop. Would definitely recommend. I am now my families ice cream lady.

I have been using the standard Creami for years and the technology other than waiting 24 hrs for the freeze is exceptional and great for protein ice cream. The new soft serve brings this to a new level of good. Just need some more practice on the perfect swirl technique

I literally bought this the other day and it came in the mail yesterday. Last night I made my ice cream base one flavor for me and one for my partner and we just had it. Firstly the machine is so cool and user friendly and secondly the ice cream was better than most ice cream places we have tried consistency was good and it tasted creamy! We can not wait to keep making new flavors and try them out with all different kinds of customizations! Cant wait to try to figure out the swirl part! Recommend 100% already making our friends jealous with all the possibilities!!

I bought this and have used it I believe 3 times and to be honest I regret the purchase and you will too. Expect the soft serve ice cream to come out runny. You have to prepare the ice cream 24 hours prior and for that wait the results are not worth it. The machine blends for too long in my opinion. It is not the same as soft serve consistency that you could get at the store the ice cream looks sad it just does not hold up and trying to dispense as high as store bought cones it just flops over its own weight. At this price just go out and buy soft serve ice cream. And yes the recipes from Ninja that were provided and the ones from the website were the ones I followed in case anyone was wondering

I received my replacement for my Ninja 11-1 Ice Cream Machine and this one processes the frozen pints even better than the prior machine!!! It truly comes out as a scoopable ice cream. Far superior !! So happy with this appliance. I cant wait to try soft serve. Thank you so much! This is why all my small appliances are Ninja or Shark. I wish you had refirdgerators

This is amazing and has easily become my new hobby. This machine is very powerful and has both soft serve and scoop option. There is over nine settings, including a setting for milkshake, sorbet gelato, frozen custard, fruit, whip, frozen yogurt, ice cream, and my favorite creamy fit or light ice cream, which are two functions that you can use for high protein ice cream. The machine is very easy to use. I will say, though the one con is how loud it gets. You can easily make ice cream at home from readily available ingredients and control the calories in your ice cream and this has been such a nice item because it allows me and my husband to bond over different recipes and creating the best recipe for our ice cream. The machine comes in also with a book that has plenty of recipes if you need some help, although I love the soft serve option. If you are trying to save some money, I would skip on the soft serve because the scoop allows for mix-in. So you can easily mix syrups brownie pieces, chocolate chips, and your ice cream with a scoop option but you can’t with the soft serve. Highly recommend it. One of the best most fun purchases. Oh, and I absolutely forgot. The best part is when you can’t finish your strawberries or your food at home you can easily turn them into ice cream with a bad baby.

Love love love it! Have not used the soft serve side yet! BUT the rest of it is AMAZING! Works as it should! Bonus is there is no internal cleaning! So EVERYONE NEEDS TO TRY THIS (only if you like mint) chocolate fairlife and mint clean simple eats protein! Freeze it then add mint oreo thins! Better then DQ!

Falsely advertising an ice cream maker! This dose not make ice cream! It takes putting the mixture 24hrs in the freezer and this glorified mixer makes it soft serve 🍦. For the same money you can buy a real ice cream maker and have soft serve in 15mins!!! I’ll be retuning mine!

Took on our vacation and instead of buying ice cream several nights, we enjoyed making our own! This machine will save us money in the long run! thanks Ninja!

Is NOT an ice cream maker. $300 for an ice cream "fluffer" that will also squeeze out soft serve, but you have to make the soft serve in a seperate machine. To me and my family, not worth it.
