It is deserving of 10 stars if at all possible. The only issue I have is the price, I found it wasn't very competitive when compared to other outlets. Walmart used to have the lowest price period.

The only thing I don’t like is that you have to freeze the bowl and wait until the next day to make the ice cream. Otherwise it’s worth it if you have kids

The best bit of kit I have brought!! Super easy to use. You can use pre made ice cream or make your own. Both work well with the swirl setting. Ice cream is thick. Easy to clean and store.

Not tried yet. Have mixes in freezer, but need son-in-law to use for first time. Don't want to break it.....Have new upscale kitchen with 1 wall with glass abinets overhead and whole length countertop...My son-in-law asked if this was the Ninja counter cause all I have on counter is Ninja appliances! Newest is Soft serve/reg ice cream maker...the double one

Love the swirl function. I wish the containers were bigger. The pint size is about 2 servings of ice cream. The machine doesn’t really make the ice cream it just turns the prepared rescipe . It struggled to fully mix the bananas in the ice cream and there was a frozen section on the bottom not mixed. My grandkids love making cones. I was a fun purchase but could definitely be improved.

I have had this for about 3 weeks and overall I love it. Still learning how to tweak things so theyre the right texture and learning not to overflow the containers. 2 containers is not enough though, for the price it would be nice to have a few extra since theyre single use for a small family and take time to freeze before being able to use again

I bought this like a month ago and have used it almost every other day, I’ve been making healthy icecream and it’s so easy , I’m talking healthy yogurt that I add my own sweetener in like maple syrup or even monk alluose sweetener to make it low to no sugar but still so delicious! Creamy icecream using healthy ingredients! The machine runs a little loud but what do you expect when it’s grinding down that hard frozen icecream to make it soft!! Only down side is the container is small and serves maybe 4 but that’s why I bought extra containers and now I keep like 5 in the freezer with different flavors . Best way to learn how to use it is watch videos on utube, it’s easy to clean and overall a great appliance! I recommend this if you love icecream that is made your way !

The top to make soft serve is extremely hard to take off it makes you turn the toggle to the right while turning to the right. Very hard to do. I have had mine now stuck on top of the canister for 2 days and cannot get it off. Also very loud product. I feel the soft serve at times is just very very soft.

THIS IS A MUST PRODUCT!!! This handles really well and isn’t heavy at all. It’s made of a durable material and nothing has broke on me after many uses. You can fit it almost anywhere in your kitchen. The pint is pretty big itself so you can eat it all yourself, share it with others, or storing the leftovers back in the freezer. This is my favourite kitchen appliance of all time!!!

This is one of the best purchases I ever made. I have had it for a few months and I make light ice cream almost every day. I have found some good recipes and modified some to fit my own needs. It’s nice to be able to eat ice cream while on a diet and still lose weight. This is simple to use and I love it.
