[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. I was so excited to get this and it did not disappoint. It is extremely versatile and allows you to make espresso, lattes, cappuccinos, and more. I love the design and how sleek it looks, yet it is still nice and sturdy and is definitely getting a lot of use.

Nice design but not solid specially bottom I like all coffee it makes just not satisfied for expresso one I think because despenser coffee to big for expresso coffee I love forter milk. Bur still my favorite products is ninja I have almost all ninja products.

The design is incredibly well thought out, especially the storage compartments, everything has its own place, which makes it super organized. I also love that the bean hopper is tucked inside the machine, so it fits perfectly under my kitchen cabinet without taking up extra space. One of the standout features for me is the cold foam: it’s unbelievably thick, just like something you’d get from a café. The machine has practically replaced several other gadgets in my kitchen, making it a real space-saver. Plus, it’s so foolproof; even if you’re not a coffee expert, you’ll still get amazing results every time. I’m really excited about all the options and customizations this machine offers. Whether I’m in the mood for a classic espresso or something more experimental, it’s got me covered. I also appreciated the water hardness test that came with it—it's clear the developers really thought of everything to ensure the best possible coffee experience.

I am loving my Ninja luxe. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and have used it daily, most days twice. It is extremely easy to use. You don't have to be an experienced barista as the machine walks you through each step. The coffee is delicious. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

I am so glad I asked for this as a gift from my husband for my birthday! It has literally changed my life since I LOVE espresso and iced coffee! This machine really does it all. I am just so happy to have myself a cold brew every single morning. Thank you to Ninja for making such a great coffee maker that REALLY does it all.

I’ve had this for a few weeks now, and really pleased with it! Previously had a Breville Barista Express, but my husband was really wanting to give this a try this time around. I love how the machine helped me figure out the perfect grind for beans, and it’s surprisingly quiet. The Breville was SO loud whenever we frothed milk, but this has been totally fine. I hope it holds up, but it’s been great with daily usage for the past few weeks.

I’ve been wanting an espresso machine that made a good drink without all the tinkering with settings. So far, the ninja luxe has ticked all the boxes and at an acceptable price point compared to other machines of similar features. I’ve been enjoying drinks a few times a day and getting the caffeine boost that helps me power through my work day. Really glad I upgraded to this!

We just unboxed our unit today, it was so easy setting up with the help of the video online. I made my wife a latte and she said it was amazing, I enjoy my drip coffee and I like mine on the stronger side, and let me tell you this makes the perfect cup of coffee. I’m excited to try the cold coffee

I bought this less than 60 days ago. The funnel broke in like 1 month, plus the funnel alarm constantly comes on. It takes about 20 try’s to get it to work. Additionally, the gravity feed for the bean hopper needs constant assistance or it stops feeding. They need to take this poorly engineered machine back to formula and try again. I am on the replacement funnel list for the second time, first one sold out in minutes due to the extreme amount of people that already need a replacement funnel. I now own a large metal boat anchor…extremely disappointed

Two weeks in I must say I’m very impressed. At this price point and with all the functionality, as long as this machine last it’s a homerun. Great espresso ( could be a tad bit hotter) Great cappuccino, awesome cold foam and iced coffee, and as a big espresso martini fan I have to say this makes one of the best I’ve had which alone will cover the cost…
