I purchased this for my wife for her birthday. She enjoys it so far but I on the other hand... My tastes are a large volume of caffeine, so I like multiple cups to satisfy my need (want). The espresso options are high density coffee, which I enjoy, but the coffee options are watered down coffee. Like a k-pod and too much water. So when making multiple cups of high density it takes much longer than traditional drip makers. And for some unknown reason we're still troubleshooting, when our's grinds it prematurely fills the port filter so we get little grinds. Or it clogs. We haven't figured out why. Same brand, same flavor of bean, but new bag of a previous bean we tried and had no issues. I think maybe the oil content in the bean is clogging the grinder but I'm not sure. We've stripped it down and cleaned and dried it twice but same issue. We use the cleaning brush between each grind while it brews and sometimes still get this issue. So if you aren't paying attention to your machine it'll clog and you'll spend an hour or so cleaning when all you want is a cup of coffee before work. Having learned this the hard way I've been forced to start my day earlier to accommodate the clogging grinder. The making of multiple cups espresso since the coffee is watered down. And I'm not sure if it's the coffee being too dense for the machine to "push" water through the grinds; the drip tray fills up every few cups. Not sure if it's from a self cleaning purge after brewing a cup or if it's water trapped in the cycle that can't push through the port filter so it cycles down to the drip tray. Be prepared to empty daily and clean daily. It's a learning curve that's for sure. I almost regret getting rid of the drip we had. It's not a bad machine. Very user friendly. It's only been a couple weeks. I'm sure I'll get used to it. We will learn more about bean choices and what we're doing wrong and it'll get easier. But as of now this is what we're facing.

This machine does everything I expected and more. Fresh ground tastes so much better and the smell in the morning! Milk frofting works well on all settings. We are able to do any type of coffee depending on our desire. Get this it is easy to do the daily cleaning! At this price point it is the best on the market. Gland we choose this for our home.

This espresso machine is very easy to use and takes the guesswork out of the process. My only complaint is there is no hot water dispenser to allow you to make an Americano without having to heat water separately. To overcome this I have been using the milk frother to steam heat the water. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Which this machine is amazing and it makes great coffee, the only thing thst keeps happening if with tge frother it makes a grinding noise and it's horrible, this is going on tge third machine I'm gonna get and hope tgat tge 3rd one is tge charm and no more grinding noise, I wish ibwould of ordered it now cause that sharable pitcher looks really cool, hopefully with the inconvenience of this machine ninja will send me tgst pitcher as a good gesture for the machine making that noise lol 🙏🤞 other than that the machine is great

I am loving my Ninja luxe. I've had it for about 2 weeks now and have used it daily, most days twice. It is extremely easy to use. You don't have to be an experienced barista as the machine walks you through each step. The coffee is delicious. I am very satisfied with the purchase.

It’s like being your own little personal barista at home. Cleaning is easy performance is great. I absolutely am in love with this thing. The only thing that would make it better if it had somewhere to do cold coffee, like their other one, but this is absolutely one of the best machines. I love how it comes with the codes on the top and on the side, the QR codes to scan so that it gives you instructional videos. It comes with several different instruction books. It is definitely user-friendly.

Love this machine!! Every part of the machine is made well and feels high end. The grinder works very well and makes a fantastic fine grind for espresso. The automatic steaming and milk frothing is great as well. Two things I would change about this machine to make it a full 5 stars. 1. The water reservoir for the discard water is not that big, so you do have to empty it fairly often. 2. The steam wand is great and the manual steaming function is perfect for the home barista, but when using the manual function it takes a minute to get the steam going causing unwanted bubbles in the milk. (I am being pretty nit-picky about this one)

I love the coffee it makes but the water indicator on the tray doesn't work until the machine is already leaking water all over the countertop. I tried reaching out to get a new tray and they make it hard to actually contact someone to get help - just offer a 60 day warranty. This is a design flaw I wish I knew about before I bought it.

The packaging was amazing. Well thought out. The directions are easy to follow and the videos on the website are awesome. It’s so easy to use and comes with everything you need. Highly recommend! It is sleek and looks so nice.

Overall, I love the Cafe Luxe! It took me about a week and a half to dial in the espresso and coffee to my exact preference, but once I got there it was all worth it. Stick with it and only change one variable at a time. I will say that the milk frother is more manual for me because I like a medium froth (not too milky and not too stiff). I end up turning off the froth right when the last progress light lights up on the cappuccino level. I do wish the Euro version was released in the US because I think some of my issues would be fixed. Tip: there are advanced settings in the safety booklet. In case it’s helpful for anyone, these are my preferences. I use Black Oak Duomo beans (M+ roast) Double espresso: grind 4 | brew temp 3 | brew ratio 2.0 Drip Coffee: grind 24 | brew temp 3 | Classic
