[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm definitely a dunkin and local shop coffee girl but I do appreciate having the means to make my coffee needs at home especially when the kids are off from school. Plus, i love that I can make everyone's favorites at home. This was the quickest delivery I've had in a while and it was packaged so well. It was quick to set up and the video was was very informative and easy to follow along. I like that everything i need is included and that the machine offers storage compartments to keep everything in place. The machine was easy to navigate with easy to read settings. I love having the ability to make multiple drinks and the frother works well. It is a bit loud when in use but nothing crazy. I haven't had to clean it yet but there were cleaning tabs included as well. The overall design is sleek, simple and surprisingly doesn't take up too much counter space. I'm very pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was dubious about upgrading from our old school espresso machine to a more digital multifunctional one, but once again SharkNinja didn't disappoint! Our favorite features are the integrated grinder (hooray for not needing two machines on my counter!) along with the grind size recommendation based on the coffee selection and the bean and water refill indicator (this was my husband's favorite feature after trying hundreds of shots with no water on our old machine). With the recent heatwave, the option to have cold brew and coffee specifically brewed to be poured over ice has been a blessing. After using this for a few weeks, the only feature we miss from our old machine is the ability to get hot water from the steamer to clean the steamer after use. Coffee quality is great, and extra points for coming in a cute shade of Ash Green!

Im in love with my new coffee machine. It makes the perfect barista coffee everytime, whether im in the mood for a latte, hot chocolate or cold brew ice coffee. The settings are really easy to follow and even offer suggestions. I no longer buy coffee out, because I can make a better coffee myself at home. I always get a beautiful golden crema with every shot, so there's no burnt or bitter tasting coffee. The whole machine is so easy to use, I often have a baby on my hip and I'm so pleasantly surprised how easy it is to make a whole coffee with just one hand (mom approved). The only thing I'd improve is the drip tray capacity, it fills up so fast.

I love how the coffee maker is designed to self clean. Been using this coffee maker since January and I don't think I will ever use any other coffee maker again. Cappuccino and coffee comes out in perfection every brew. My nephew's new favorite thing is frothy milk every morning now.

Seriously the best! It's so user friendly, especially for those wanting to get into espresso and barista type, rather than just putting a pod in. It fits perfectly on my counter. It's so easy to clean and maintain. It tells you exactly when to clean it and includes how-to videos. It makes hot and iced drinks perfectly! I love it so so much!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier Espresso Machine is quite straightforward to set up following the detailed instructions given in the booklets. It took me about 30 minutes from taking it out of the box to taking my first sip of coffee. I didn't find that this was super intuitive and I had to keep referring to the literature to be able to get the drink that I wanted. With use, this will become easier and I'm looking forward to trying all the suggested drinks available! So far we've done Lattes, over ice and other espresso style drinks. One of my favorite features is the automated milk frother/steamer. You can dial in for dairy or non dairy milk and the thickness of foam that you want. The jug is easy to clean and pours smoothly once the milk is steamed. I found all the components of this easy to take apart and clean. The water reservoir is easy to take out and fill, even if you have it under a cupboard with not much space above to remove the reservoir, you lift it slightly and slide it out This is quite large on my counter top, but it does everything that I need in a coffee machine and makes delicious coffees. I received this machine at a discount for my honest opinion.

Wasteful and not consistent, always a mound of ground coffee that falls out after the machine is in brew mode. I do recommended grinds and it's never consistent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ninja's Luxe Cafe Premier Series espresso machine is incredibly well designed, but it's not without caveats. I'm hoping my experience with it isn't what others have experienced, because it truly does make great espresso and coffee drinks. First, the good: this machine is so easy to use. Within 20 minutes of unboxing it, you can be making a perfect cup of espresso with a beautiful crema. This machine actually figures out what settings you should be using to grind beans. There's no guess work involved at all. There are two problems with my machine that don't affect the flavor of the drinks I'm making, but they definitely make the machine less enjoyable to use. First, it's incredibly difficult to secure the portafilter in order to make a beverage. This shouldn't be a two-handed process, but it requires quite a bit of muscle and I don't think it's supposed to be this way. The other problem I have is with the milk frother. It has a self cleaning nozzle that drains into a hole in the tray, but that hole is not correctly lined up with the nozzle. As a result, my machine shoots very hot water directly onto the tray where it splatters and makes a mess. This is a design defect that should have been addressed in the testing process. It is really unacceptable and possibly dangerous. I do like the variety of drinks you can make with this machine and I love how easy it is to create one. The included guidebook has some great inspiration for crafting the perfectly espresso drinks and lattes too.

*photos are of the replacement base received* I bought this about a month ago. Finally settled in after a move, followed the set up process.. okay great i was so excited. Following day I made a drink, yum! *This great!* next day, i get an error code "add beans" no troubleshooting
