I absolutely love my machine. Easy to use and clean only thing that I'm not a fan of is how hard it is to get the grind right and to keep it consistent. But it's been a very pleasant experience with my machine and I use it 2-3 times a day because it's so addictive.

Bought this around Black Friday, absolutely love this thing. It makes great espresso, and I don't need to be a pro constantly re-testing pulls and weights etc with new beans, after a shot or two it can dial it in for me. And also, the cold foam attachment works so well, makes amazing cold foam for my drinks. I'd highly recommend this unit, could not be happier.

We purchased in June 2025. Have had intermittent problems with frother. It finally stopped working. Called warranty. Shared several videos with them. They made the decision that we had to send the machine back to be repaired. I asked if a loaner replacement would be shipped overnight for us to use since we would be without our machine for 2-3 weeks. I was told it's 'unfortunate ' and no they don't. I asked if I was going to be compensated for a lower cost machine I now have to buy so we can have coffee. Again, no and it's 'unfortunate'. That seems to be the buzzword used by warranty. I was offered 2 travel cups for my 'unffortunate' situation. REALLY? Buyer beware!

I bought this item 1 months ago and overall its good. Did hope for hotter coffee and milk. Would be great to consider this for future machines will offer hotter coffee and milk. As i did read more posts on the temperature and the option for one espresso shot.

Obsessed with this machine ~ I had a Breville for years and wanted an upgrade . I almost didn't buy this because I wanted a more “experienced coffee machine company” this machine is above and beyond my Breville ! Incredibly user friendly , pours perfect espresso everytime and the ability to create hot or cold foam makes making my latte SO much more fun

Makes excellent espresso shots if you have it dialed in correctly. When changing coffee beans, you will need to adjust the grind settings which is very easy to do. I am currently using Starbucks House blend that was also purchased from Sams club. Grind setting of 14 or 15 works great. Barista assist is awesome. The frother makes excellent foam for cappucino and lattes. Just make sure to wipe the wand with a wet towel immediately after using. Also shake the milk frother cup around a litte before pouring to mix in the foam with liquid. We made a Dalgona latte which was excellent. Note: if you are having issues with turning the portafilter to the locked position, you may want to wet the rim of the portafilter with warm water with your finger. It will make it a lot easier to lock it in place without having to hold the machine.

We couldn't be happier with this purchase! We love coffee in all forms and this does it all really well. It's so nice to have freshly ground beans for our morning coffees, espressos and lattes. It's easy to use and clean. We use it everyday and absolutely love it.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I absolutely love it. I have had a good Breville machine in the past, and this is a world of difference. it is almost automated...the grind is perfect, the frother is awesome and makes amazing froth out of almond milk. espresso shots are strong and taste great. 5 out of 5

Not user friendly. Takes 20 mins to make a cappuccino. By the time you clean around the machine and the milk frother, the drink would be cold. Additionally, the machine wastes so much water for no reason. Requires about 1.5 L every other day just after making two double espressos each day. Water starts leaking around the machine. Wanted to love it but honestly was so disappointed. Will be returning.

Amazing coffee machine! I can say that this is by far my favourite all time coffee machine! The way this machine does coffee is like a professional barista! I would recommend it to everyone! I cannot explain how happy I am to own one! Would recommend it to any friends or family without a single doubt!
