I bought my Luxe right after it was first released. I have used almost daily for the past 2 years! I like the customization options for my coffee or espresso drinks. I do wish the early models had an auto tamping feature. The temperature setting is customizable as well.

I purchased the Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier model : ES601 over one year ago. The machine has worked flawlessly and always makes excellent expersso coffee. With fresh expresso beans, it has provided consistent expresso extracts with rich crema and flavor. Perriodic maintenance is very quick and easy. We set the water temperature at the highest level and allow about five minutes to preheat the machine.

I love my Ninja Luxe Cafe! It took a little bit to get used to how to use everything on it, but now it’s so simple. My whole family uses it everyday, it makes great espresso drinks. I like that you can make your cold foam at the same time as the espresso. So far it has been great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ninja’s Luxe Cafe Premier Series espresso machine is incredibly well designed, but it’s not without caveats. I’m hoping my experience with it isn’t what others have experienced, because it truly does make great espresso and coffee drinks. First, the good: this machine is so easy to use. Within 20 minutes of unboxing it, you can be making a perfect cup of espresso with a beautiful crema. This machine actually figures out what settings you should be using to grind beans. There’s no guess work involved at all. There are two problems with my machine that don’t affect the flavor of the drinks I’m making, but they definitely make the machine less enjoyable to use. First, it’s incredibly difficult to secure the portafilter in order to make a beverage. This shouldn’t be a two-handed process, but it requires quite a bit of muscle and I don’t think it’s supposed to be this way. The other problem I have is with the milk frother. It has a self cleaning nozzle that drains into a hole in the tray, but that hole is not correctly lined up with the nozzle. As a result, my machine shoots very hot water directly onto the tray where it splatters and makes a mess. This is a design defect that should have been addressed in the testing process. It is really unacceptable and possibly dangerous. I do like the variety of drinks you can make with this machine and I love how easy it is to create one. The included guidebook has some great inspiration for crafting the perfectly espresso drinks and lattes too.

I bought it about a month ago. The grinder is very inconsistent. Sometimes it’ll put about 1/8 of the normal amount of grounds. Sometimes it packs it so full it spills over into the tray. It always says add beans even though the hopper is full. It brews nice when you can get the right amount of grounds and the steamer works good.

Inconsistent volume-sometimes 30ml sometimes 40ml. The tray fills up too fast with water. The grinder keeps breaking. Ninja has replaced the machine 4 times and the same stuff keeps happening. TERRIBLE MACHINE. They need to fix the problems with it before selling anymore.

My husband gifted me the Ninja Luxe Café Premier Espresso Machine, and I absolutely love it! I’m a true coffe lover, and sincero I got this machine, I haven’t needed to but coffe from cafés anymore. I can make my own delicius coffe at home, and it tastes amazing. It’s easy to use, convenient, and has become one of my favorite things in my kitchen!☕️✨

My wife and I love this machine for the most part. It’s become a daily ritual to have lattes and cappuccinos in the morning. The regular coffee made is good too! The only complaint I have is the tray water indicator doesn’t always pop up and that will sometimes be a problem if we haven’t emptied it in like five days because it’ll start overflowing and there will be water all over the counter. Obviously we just empty it more often and it’s not an issue. Only other thing was that the quad basket sometimes isn’t detected. We got a new one under warranty and it works better but will still have some issues with detection that can be frustrating. All said, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat.

I’ve had this machine for almost 2 years now, and I honestly love it. It’s probably one of the best purchases I’ve made for my house. I used to spend way too much money at coffee shops, and now I actually prefer the coffee I make at home. The espresso comes out great every time with a nice crema, and it’s really easy to use once you get the hang of it. I also like that it doesn’t take forever to heat up, so I can make my coffee before work without waiting around. I know Ninja has newer models out now, and sure, they’re tempting, but I really have no complaints about this one. It still works great and has been reliable since day one. If something ever happened to mine, I’d buy another one without thinking twice. If you’re trying to decide whether it’s worth the money, I’d definitely say yes. I use mine every day, and it’s paid for itself many times over.

I bought the Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier Espresso Machine in April 2026. As this is a daily use machine quality and consistency was the utmost importance. I wanted the same quality day after day with little no no effort. The Ninja Luxe met and exceeded every point. The extraction process is always perfect and the preheating and always correct temperature is what is takes to make a great cup of coffee. The crema is better than I thought possible which leads to that great, fast and easy way to make acup of coffee anytime during the day.
