I was a little bit intimidated by all of the parts, but after the first use, it was very simple. It walk you through everything it even has labels on the milk froth or to tell you how much milk to add for each drink . I totally recommend this to anyone who is looking for a coffee shop coffee at home! 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been really impressed with with the Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier Espresso Machine. It feels very well made and looks sleek and modern on the counter, which I love. The built-in grinder and drink settings make it easy to use, and I like that I can make espresso, coffee and and cold drinks with one machine. The milk frothing system is also very convenient and gives drinks a true coffee-shop feel. It does take up a decent amount of counter space, but considering how many features it has, I think it worth it. So far, it has been reliable, easy to clean and operate, and completely upgraded my at-home coffee counter.

This is my first espresso maker and I don’t think I’ll ever use another one again 🤩 It really does do it ALL and it’s so easy to use! I used to make my morning coffee with instant espresso and this really changed the game. I can grind whatever beans I have, brew espresso or coffee (hot ANNNND cold), and make cold foam all in this machine. If you want to up your coffee game- you need this

Was sent a defective machine. Add water error even though the carafe was full. When it finally started working it brewed the worst shots of espresso I’ve ever had even with the smart assist. After trying to dial in my shots it started leaking water from the bottom. I then gave up and am returning it. My little Mr. Coffee machine will do just fine. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.

I love how the coffee maker is designed to self clean. Been using this coffee maker since January and I don't think I will ever use any other coffee maker again. Cappuccino and coffee comes out in perfection every brew. My nephew's new favorite thing is frothy milk every morning now.

Im in love with my new coffee machine. It makes the perfect barista coffee everytime, whether im in the mood for a latte, hot chocolate or cold brew ice coffee. The settings are really easy to follow and even offer suggestions. I no longer buy coffee out, because I can make a better coffee myself at home. I always get a beautiful golden crema with every shot, so there's no burnt or bitter tasting coffee. The whole machine is so easy to use, I often have a baby on my hip and I'm so pleasantly surprised how easy it is to make a whole coffee with just one hand (mom approved). The only thing I'd improve is the drip tray capacity, it fills up so fast.

Seriously the best! It's so user friendly, especially for those wanting to get into espresso and barista type, rather than just putting a pod in. It fits perfectly on my counter. It's so easy to clean and maintain. It tells you exactly when to clean it and includes how-to videos. It makes hot and iced drinks perfectly! I love it so so much!!!!

I am absolutely obsessed with this espresso machine. It's so easy to use for a beginner. We use it every single day and it never fails us! It is small for our countertop and does not take up much room. We could not survive without this machine. My espresso tastes perfect every single day.

I bought this and it showed up broken. I was told to fill out a form and was never reached back out to. Had to google the number to finally get ahold of a real person who required a video chat to approve sending a new machine. I waited so long for the first one and had to drive 30 minutes to send back the broken machine. Only hoping the new machine works after all this. This was meant to be a way to spoil myself spending so much money on a coffee pot to have to wait weeks for these deliveries and putting so much of my own time into correcting a mistake of the company.
