So far we love it. Not much of a learning curve it does most everything for you. Lately our nespresso machine has been producing like warm coffees and we had wanted a sent automatic espresso machine without the hefty price tag. We also realize that we are still very much too busy to get a labor intensive machine. The Ninja makes excellent cups quickly and easily. The machine does all the thinking for you. Could not recommend it more.

I love making anything in the kitchen for my wife. About two years ago I had a stroke so anything simple is really best for me. I was jut about to purchase an expresso machine that was 3 to 4 times more expensive than the Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier when I got an email from my daughter that said - "Hey, you need to get this"....and I did. I just plug and play.....that simple. The drinks are amazing without driving and waiting in line at the local coffee bar and a portion of the price. If you want to be a PRO you can be, but this takes the guesswork out of an expresso. We absolutely love it!!

I've only had this for a week, and it is simply amazing. This is my first espresso machine and I replaced an older Ninja Coffee Maker with it. I can see this completely replacing my trips to the coffee shop, (unless just to socialize). It's easy to use, solidly built, and the instructions are amazing. You will not regret this purchase...I sure don't.

We are LOVING this. We were doing French Press but I wanted the option for espresso and espresso martinis so we traded out another appliance for this. We live tiny in our 5th wheel so we need something multipurpose. My husband drinks decaf and I drink regular, I am so happy that this gives us all of the options we need.

So far I love it. Makes a great espresso shot with taking out the guesswork of pressures and such. The auto frother is convenient. I’m sure it will pay for itself shortly since i usually order quad shot drinks at a minimum. Don’t get me wrong there are some areas that could use some fine tuning and improvement. The barista AI can be a little wonky but is a great idea to simplify things.

I wasn't expected Ninja will be using cheap parts. When I opened the box there were some scratches over the machine but I wanted to give it a chance. The first week, I was enjoying the different modalities of my new expresso coffee machine but just less than a month I had two parts broken for example the funnel lost three lashes and the plastic part of the drip tray one of the corner is broken. I believe these parts are made with cheap materials. I have different Ninja products, but this is the first time something like this has happened to me with their products.

This is a great machine. I did a fair amount of research before purchasing, and also considered the Breville Oracle Jet, so I thought I had a good idea of what I was purchasing. Now that I have it and have gone through a couple of bags of freshly roasted beans, I like it even more than I thought I would. It makes excellent espresso as well as standard coffee and cold brew. The froth component is top notch and I have made a lot of drinks and all have been coffee shop level. So far upkeep is simple and easy. I’m very happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening the box my first thought was woah, this is big but getting it set up and put on the counter it’s really not too bad and normal for a coffee/espresso machine. The machine has a very sleek design. The screen is not a touch screen and also does not have a clock. The machine operates smoothly and there is a QR code to a helpful startup/tutorial video. You can choose from a variety of different coffees as well as a frothing option. The grinding, coffee making and frothing is done one by one, you can not make the coffee and have your milk frothing at the same time. There is a progression bar for each step to let you know how close it is to being done. I made a latte first and it was a smooth coffee taste, a lot more distinct and fresh than previous machines I have had. I tried the cold brew with vanilla cold foam on top and the foam was delicious as was the coffee! So perfect together. The over ice option is nice too. My ice melted in both drinks but this could have been due to the ice my ice maker produces. The cubes are smaller and thinner than normal. I think it would be great to make some coffee ice cubes for this. None of the coffee I have made has been overpowering, likely due to the grind technology they use in the machine. It makes sure each cup has the perfect amount of coffee. The bean grinder has a tight seal so you can fill it and leave the beans in without worry. The coffee in general is a smooth, coffee taste. This may take some getting used to if you’re used to the sugary coffees you get at some establishments . I love the frother and the purge feature for a quick clean after each use. The rest of the parts are easy to clean as well and the beans come out of the portafilter really easy as well. The only downside for me is that there is no carafe or a 1/2 pot or full pot of regular drip coffee but I believe the other version of this machine is more focused on the regular drip/espresso part but I definitely prefer the over ice and cold brew options! Making each cup individually isn’t too bad as it is only me and one other coffee drinker in the house. I really can’t wait to learn more about different coffees and keep trying different versions to perfect these recipes! This machine was a big hit for me and does produce really great tasting coffee!

I highly recommend this product it was just magnificent, coffee lovers need this! I love the excellent espresso and iced coffee this makes makes both hot and cold foam, so many possibilities. I am in love with my ninja lux espresso machine. It adds an elite touch to the kitchen.

This machine exceeds all expectations! Its so easy to use and makes absolutely the best coffee and espressos. I used to go to coffee shops multiple times a week and I haven't gone a single time since purchasing this because I can make everything I need at home and 100% better! I love it so much and highly reccommend it!
