Disappointed that cheap plastic was used. It cheapens the design / overall look. Its not an impulse purchase at the high price. Stick to metal and stainless steel. I have my own mini ninja kitchen with many of your appliances and noticed that the quality of your products are using more and more plastic parts. Ended up returning.

I have been enjoying this product, except for having to warm up the espresso in microwave after pulling each shot, before adding the milk foam. Is it just me or does anyone else have this issue? I will be reaching out to CS to see what they can do to correct.

When I grind beans to make a quad espresso, the funnel does not catch all of the grounds resulting in a waste of my beans which are not cheap to buy. If this continues, I will probably have to return the machine which I do not want, unless I am doing something wrong. Please advise.

I bought this product back in July and I only really use it for making my coffee to take to work. I love this product a lot, but there has been a problem with it since I got it & I don't know if it me or if it is the product itself. Every time I grind the beans to make my coffee, it will either not fill the portafilter up or it will grind so many that the grounds are all over the place. Other than that, I would recommend this product due to I haven't really seen anyone else with this same issue.

This is an awesome machine! I am a barista by trade and I wanted something that wouldn't break the bank for home, but still made great coffee. This is it! Highlights are actual metal parts, cold brew, cold foam, adjustable grinder, cup warmer, accessories. And it is possible to steam milk yourself if need be.

We've haven't even had this a month yet and I am so glad we got it! We can make coffee just as good as when we go out for it and the money we are saving is insane! The machine and all it's components are so well made with quality materials. Another great feature is that there is a place to store all the pieces right on the machine. No worries about losing them. Overall, this is one of the best machines we have ever gotten and I wish we had gotten it sooner!

I got this machine a couple weeks ago and I am LOVING it! It's quiet, it's easy, and it makes great coffees! It really feels like Ninja thought of just about everything with this machine. I particularly like the grind settings that updates it's recommendation as I use the machine and change what I'm making. The frother is also fantastic and I love that I don't have to do anything with it, just set the jug underneath! This honestly makes my mornings better because I feel like I'm getting spoiled with a coffee shop latte while still in my pajamas. Would 100% recommend!

I love my Ninja so far! I've made several drinks so far and getting adjusted to the machine which takes a lot of the guess work out which is great for a novice like me. I'm so excited to get better at making delicious drinks. The machine seems very well made.
