Got this for my wife as a Christmas gift. It arrived very quickly. The machine is beautiful and stately. She loves it. We haven't made too many drinks with it yet but the espressos and coffees we have made come out incredibly well. Highly recommended!

This thing is a beast, and I mean that in the best possible way. First of all, I love the fact that you can use whole beans with this machine. This means I have endless options when it comes to flavor profiles and blends. It's like having my own personal coffee shop in my kitchen! The smell of freshly ground coffee beans every morning is just amazing, and it makes my whole house smell like a coffee shop. It's the perfect way to start my day. The machine itself is heavy and high-quality, with a solid construction that feels premium and durable. Nothing feels cheap or flimsy, which gives me confidence that it will last for a long time. Setting up the machine was easy, and I had no trouble figuring out how to use it. The instructions are clear and concise , But what really matters most is the taste. Absolutely in love! I enjoy nice simple latte most days but in the summer I also love a good iced coffee. It is so easy to switch between different drinks and it dials in new beans very quickly! I haven't had bad cup of coffee yet. I am coming from a different popular home espresso machine and the Ninja is so much easy and quicker. The coffee tastes just as good if not better!! Definitely recommend!

Nice design but not solid specially bottom I like all coffee it makes just not satisfied for expresso one I think because despenser coffee to big for expresso coffee I love forter milk. Bur still my favorite products is ninja I have almost all ninja products.

Just received our new Ninja to our family. We had purchased a different espresso machine. Never took out of box. When I saw Ninjs had one I knew we had to have it‼️My philosophy is Ninja need what they are doing You know it will work and you are happy. This true with this espresso machine follow video. It figures out all hard parts.They take quess part out for grind how much you need to use how long brew. The frother less more. Froth. Our first cup I didn’t to use flavored creamer. Perfection so smooth 😊

I’ve shopped around for several months searching for the ideal machine for me and my family, and I finally landed on the Cafe Luxe. No regrets at all the machine gets used 3-4 x a day and does everything I could hope for. It’s very beginner friendly but even an experienced barista would love this machine. Absolutely love.

This machine makes amazing coffee! We were long time pod customers but due to the constant increase in price, I had to find something else. I do have a few complaints of the machine, but regardless, it does make great coffee. Pros: Great coffee Makes cold and hot coffee Isn’t super clunky and large like other machines Cons: It wastes a lot of water It wastes a lot of coffee beans (biggest irk) It’s insane how much ground coffee is dumped daily Super messy, coffee splashes everywhere and I have to constantly clean it Where the water is being wasted too needs to be dumped almost every other day The price is a bit steep in my opinion Take my review for what you will, would I buy it again? Maybe, but also I hope they can fix the issues it has.

I bought this about a month ago. I have used it nearly everyday since, and even got my wife into espressos with it! I rave about it to all my friends and family. This machine is absolutely perfect if you are someone who has always wanted to delve into the world of true espresso making, cappuccino, flat whites, etc but were a little overwhelmed or intimidated by all the ratios, weights, scales, grinding, etc. This takes the guesswork out while still leaving a bit of room with customization. It makes espresso making extremely accessible with intuitive, easy to understand instructions and processes. Enough to make you feel like you had a legitimate role in making your drink (tamping, adjusting the porta filter, utilizing the steam wand) but not leaving you to spend a clueless 25 minutes making a drink you're not sure you will enjoy. It is one of my favorite purchases ever, and an appliance I am proud to show off to guests and let them try a hand at espresso making!

I’m going to give this espresso machine a 3 star. I do love the coffee and the frother is great, but there is much room for improvement. My biggest complaint is that it does not have a hot water feature. Apparently the version released in Europe does have the hot water option but the machine released in the US does not. I was very disappointed as this is a feature my family uses a lot on previous machines.

I have been using the Ninja Luxe Premier for a month now and I absolutely love it. It is super easy to use makes a great espresso and brews a great cup of coffee. The tamper works great and the storage for accessories helps keep My counter clean. Was totally worth the money in my opinion.
