[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I opened the box and it was beautiful! I own a Breville espresso machine so I’m used having to dial it in and getting it all perfect it’s an art. But I don’t know why I’m struggle getting the right ratios. It’s pretty tricky. Over all it’s not bad!

I'm one of the Americans who are waiting for the versions you've chosen to release in Europe. We want to be able to dispense water for tea, and to make single shots. The three stars are for what sounds like a decent fit for me, the other two are waiting...

I bought this a few weeks ago for my daughter as her house warming gift. They are amazed by it. They love the functionality, options and coffee made by it. I am Glad they are pleased by it. I will see how it continues to work in the future and then I will update my review.

I’m going to give this espresso machine a 3 star. I do love the coffee and the frother is great, but there is much room for improvement. My biggest complaint is that it does not have a hot water feature. Apparently the version released in Europe does have the hot water option but the machine released in the US does not. I was very disappointed as this is a feature my family uses a lot on previous machines.

It comes with everything you need to get started except for beans! 🤩 The built-in grinder adjusts based on what you're making, you can adjust the self-stirring frother to dairy or plant-based milk in various foam levels (and cold foam - YUM!). This is the machine of my dreams and I can't wait to continue learning how to make the best coffees out there!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow… simply wow! This Luxe Cafe Premier Series by Ninja is a beauty! It’s easy to setup and use. I like how fresh and rich my coffee tastes after using this. I absolutely love how expressos taste after making them with this. They’re delicious. Compared with coffee and expressos bought in store, I would say they taste just as delicious when made from this machine. I love the look and quality of this machine. The machine is a little heavy but that is a good thing so no one can knock it over. :-)

Absolutely love this coffee maker, I have several Ninja products in my kitchen and have never been disappointed with any of them. This device makes the most robust flavored coffee (of course you decide how robust) but it makes a perfect cup every time. I actually look forward to mornings to have a cup fresh brewed in my Ninja Luxe.

We just unboxed our unit today, it was so easy setting up with the help of the video online. I made my wife a latte and she said it was amazing, I enjoy my drip coffee and I like mine on the stronger side, and let me tell you this makes the perfect cup of coffee. I’m excited to try the cold coffee

It’s basically three machines in one, and the espresso it pulls? Top-notch. I've only tried the espresso so far, but it’s already blown my mind. Super easy to use, and it looks sleek on the counter too. The frother is a fun bonus, making my lattes feel like they’re straight from a café. If you’re serious about your coffee (former barista here), this is definitely the machine to get!

I am enjoying this machine and have comments. It was well packaged and mostly recyclable except for 2 large styrofoam blocks. Unpacking and set up was easy. The espresso machine is attractive. Initial preparation prior to first use was simple. The water reservoir is substantial and easy to fill without removing it from the machine. Removing the bean hopper is straightforward. This machine has unique features such as weighing the portafilter, funnel and beans prior to starting the grind (setting suggested depending on the selected brew). So far I have made drip coffee and cappuccinos multiple times and have been pleased with the results. I’ve been experimenting with 3 different coffees. I appreciate the additional settings such as the ability to reduce the amount of grind for drip coffee. Another useful feature is froth queuing…which starts the frothing immediately after the espresso brew has finished…clever. As this is fairly new to me I can’t yet comment on the cleaning functions. Overall this is a very good purchase.
