Very easy to use, makes something everyone loves! Iced, hot, espresso, regular coffee, hot chocolate, frothing everything you need.

Highly disappointed! Coffee machine starts making coffee and stops in the middle. Coffee comes out watery. Not at all what I expected from ninja.

Got this a couple weeks ago. Makes an amazing cup of coffee, an ok espresso, and unimpressive steamed milk. The grinder is also fantastic.
