I love this espresso machine! The feautures make my mornings run so smoothly. I used to have a manual espresso machine and it was a little too complicated for me as a beginner. This machine automatically dials in the espresso and steams my milk making the perfect latte every time! I highly recommend if you want the feel of a manual espresso machine without the complicated prep time.

I have been using the Ninja Luxe Premier for a month now and I absolutely love it. It is super easy to use makes a great espresso and brews a great cup of coffee. The tamper works great and the storage for accessories helps keep My counter clean. Was totally worth the money in my opinion.

I thoroughly enjoy this machine. Makes great coffee and comes with all the stuff. If you're just starting out on your espresso journey, this is a great place to start. If you want to customize, it's a little less flexible (truly only a little less) - ie. currently only this portafilter works in this machine, so if you want to really SEE your pour like in a bottomless one you won't be able to swap (yet). Very user friendly, yields great results.

Bought this and used it at a work lunch. Everyone loved it. Even a former barista was impressed with the quality. Being able to set the water hardness level, and its ability to dial its self in. I think 3 other people were planning on buying by the end. No complaints. It took the heavy use well. A few folks were nervous to use it is pretty simple. Seems pricey at first but for what it does it’s really a deal.

I’ve had this for about a week now and it’s been fun! Not as quick as my regular ninja coffee maker but it’s also elevated coffee with the espresso, frother that heats, etc. I would take off 1/2 a star if I could for the plastic funnel not being very strong. It cracked all the way down one side so it falls off easily and makes a mess when taking it out of the grinder to tamper. They sell inexpensive replacements but I’m sure shipping would cost more than the piece. Otherwise, for the cost, it seems very nice and makes me feel like I work in a coffee shop.

So, I never write reviews. Like, ever. I usually think they’re a waste of time, especially if the product is good. I mean, we all feel the need to leave bad reviews when something’s awful, right? But this thing? I love it so much that I actually went back through my emails just to find the one Ninja sent me asking for a review. That’s how much I love it.Trust me, you won’t regret getting this. It does everything you could want for coffee. It might not be barista-level, but hey, I’m not a barista—I just want great coffee at home, and this thing makes it so easy. It walks you through everything, comes with everything you need, and even stores all the tools right in the machine. Super handy!Honestly, Ninja, you’ve outdone yourself. I’m obsessed with this thing.

I shopped around for a long time for a new coffee machine and pulled the trigger on the Luxe because I love all of Ninja's other products. Overall? It's ok. It's not great and now that I know that feels expensive. It splatters- be prepared to have coffee everywhere. And grinds. It's also heavy & the water fill tank is on the back on the machine so if you have it against a wall which you likely would be prepared to pull the machine out to fill with water. The iced coffee should be called luke warm coffee. Even if you fill a glass with ice prior to brewing said ice will be melted by the time the glass is full with coffee. The frother is hit or miss. Sometimes I will get a good froth, others I will want to run through again and again. Every once in a while the machine will glitch and I will have to turn it all the way off and start again- almost like it needs a reboot. End of the day the warm coffee is good. It's just a lot of work and a lot of money for what it is.

I am so glad I asked for this as a gift from my husband for my birthday! It has literally changed my life since I LOVE espresso and iced coffee! This machine really does it all. I am just so happy to have myself a cold brew every single morning. Thank you to Ninja for making such a great coffee maker that REALLY does it all.

I purchased a ninja luxe cafe premier series espresso machine drip coffee maker on July 30th it’s been a month now and for the past 2 weeks it’s been dripping water. The quality of The grinder is the not the best. It is grinding the beans too small. I am not satisfied with this product. Perhaps I was the unlucky one to get a bad product. Thank you
