I've had my Luxe Cafe Since October 2024. Use it daily and have essentially eliminated my need to go to coffee shops. I'll upgrade when the next version allows for better bean swapping like what is available on the new Automatic machine and am looking forward to the hot water tap that mine didn't come with. Otherwise, I'm perfectly happy with my ability to make lattes, iced lattes, regular drip coffee . No issues, no leaks, no problems.

But there was a QR code that took you to a step-by-step video of how to set it up and make your 1st cup of coffee and it was a lot easier than I ever imagined. I've always wanted an espresso machine, but didn't know much about the art of espresso making so this ninja Lux Café Premier espresso machine was perfect for the beginner like me but high-quality results. I also love the hands-free frother because I could never get a perfect froth for a cappuccino or latte, but now it's easy as a push of a button. I also love the colors and options I gave you because it fits in perfect with my aesthetic. Definitely recommend for beginners and coffee pros alike.

I’ve had this machine for 2 years now and I still love it! I can make anything I want with it. I can make it exactly how I want it and I never have to leave the house or stand in line and hope that it’s like I like it. Everything on this machine is easily accessible when I need it The temperature of my drinks are perfect for what I’m making and it even helps you out when you don’t know what you’re doing.

I love my Ninja Luxe Cafe! It took a little bit to get used to how to use everything on it, but now it's so simple. My whole family uses it everyday, it makes great espresso drinks. I like that you can make your cold foam at the same time as the espresso. So far it has been great!

I love it! The only thing I would say though is that when you add more beans you have to run it a few times for the machine to get the right extraction number. I know beans are all different but I have to still do that even though the beans I add are the same kind.

if you are planning to get espresso as it its, look for another machine, this machine has the worst taste and extraction if you are looking to get a good espresso with local sourced beans.... also the machine doesn't work with the new type of roasts or more modern light roasts, I had 3 different machines and it all went faulty, the last one only lasted me a couple of months, I decided to not call support again, because they always send a new faulty one.... if they come up with a new version or a new model I can give it a try, if they let me! but im not paying any more money for ninja coffee machines after I got this machine.

Bought this right after it first came out and have loved it since day 1! My first one did have a common problem of a water leak but Ninja promptly replaced the machine and the second has been going strong for a year and a half now. It is perfect for people who love coffee but aren’t hard core baristas. It works well and has always dialed in quickly and it fun to use!

Inconsistent volume-sometimes 30ml sometimes 40ml. The tray fills up too fast with water. The grinder keeps breaking. Ninja has replaced the machine 4 times and the same stuff keeps happening. TERRIBLE MACHINE. They need to fix the problems with it before selling anymore.
