I got this for my birthday. It is scratched and dented. The funnel has the comb tine things broke. I can't use it. Why use plastic? It is supposed to be high end and you use cheap plastic. You ruined my birthday.

I am enjoying the process of getting to know my new coffee creations! So far, I've made espresso, cappuccino and lattes. So delicious! Looking forward to utilizing the iced coffee option as well😃

Can’t make an americano. I can buy the cheapest espresso machine on the market and make one, but this ridiculous thing can’t even dispense water. Then to add insult to injury, if I buy the European one it can!

I love this coffee maker, it’s too beautiful, I love it because it has a modern design, I can prepare my coffee either cold or hot and my coffee is super fast, it’s safe.

Very disappointed. Screen was full of blemishes. Guest notice the blemishes before the beautiful raspberry color.

This thing is absolutely awful don’t buy it. Have to recalibrate every time you make a coffee & most people don’t have 30 mins to make a watered down coffee.

5/5! The best coffee at home! It was an investment but kicking an expensive coffee shop habit is worth it! Grabbed some Lavazza super crema and it’s coffee shop quality at home!

I bought this in early October (so about six weeks ago) and it's a fun machine to use. It makes great coffee, easily, and we couldn't be happier with the purchase. And, we've owned both the Breville and DeLonghi before.

Love this machine! The Ninja Luxe Pro makes great espresso and is really easy to use. I especially like the built-in grinder and milk frother. It saves space since it does so many things in one. Highly recommend!

Absolutely obsessed! Took a few trial runs of course, but a great machine once you get it down. The tutorial video isn't very thorough with every setting so I had to do some googling.
