We use our machine multiple times daily and it's great. Used to go to the coffee shop 3-4 times a week and now we just make at home and haven't been since we purchased. Only wish is that we would have waited and got the newest model just for the newer bells and whistles!!!

The espresso comes out with a rich cream and consistent extraction, giving each shot a balanced flavor without much effort. I bought the Ninja Luxe Pro Series about a year ago, so this is a real review after using it almost every day. I honestly love this machine. I purchased this machine never having brewed a shot of espresso in my life and was very overwhelmed by the choices on the market, as any beginner is. What grinder do I get? What is tamping? You want me to weigh my beans too?! This machine solved all of my problems and eliminated the guess work. It makes the perfect espresso and even drip coffee. I felt it was very easy to learn and have used it every day since purchasing 3 months ago.

My wife and I love this machine for the most part. It's become a daily ritual to have lattes and cappuccinos in the morning. The regular coffee made is good too! The only complaint I have is the tray water indicator doesn't always pop up and that will sometimes be a problem if we haven't emptied it in like five days because it'll start overflowing and there will be water all over the counter. Obviously we just empty it more often and it's not an issue. Only other thing was that the quad basket sometimes isn't detected. We got a new one under warranty and it works better but will still have some issues with detection that can be frustrating. All said, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

I purchased the Ninja Luxe Cafe Premier model : ES601 over one year ago. The machine has worked flawlessly and always makes excellent expersso coffee. With fresh expresso beans, it has provided consistent expresso extracts with rich crema and flavor. Perriodic maintenance is very quick and easy. We set the water temperature at the highest level and allow about five minutes to preheat the machine.

I bought this machine in January 2025. We loved it and enjoyed how many options there were. We told many friends about it and people enjoyed using it while they were visiting. Eight months in, the grinder failed and Ninja replaced it under warranty (we just had to pay shipping). This past weekend, more grinder issues, grinding too coarse, too much coffee that it was overflowing the portafilter, shots pulling in 5–10 seconds instead of 30. Completely undrinkable. The machine kept prompting me to go finer and finer until I hit grind size 2 — and it was still grinding too coarse. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with support running every troubleshoot they had, and in the end was told the machine needs to be replaced — but I'm just outside warranty, so the best they could offer is 30% off a new one. A premium espresso machine shouldn't fail twice before within a year and a half. This is a product quality issue, not bad luck. We have many other shark and ninja products that have not failed us like this one. Ninja, I'd love to stay a customer — but this isn't right.

This machine is amazing. When we opened the box, I gotta admit it was a little intimidating. I didn't think we would ever learn how to operate it. We looked at the instructions and started experimenting. I was so surprised and impressed at how easy it was and the instructions were so easy to understand. The frother is perfect. It makes very nice froth. We went and bought latte cups and some coffee syrups, and our lattes were as good or better than the coffee shops. No more designer coffee shops for us. It is easy to clean. DO NOT LET THIS MACHINE SCARE YOU!!
