My wife and I love this machine for the most part. It's become a daily ritual to have lattes and cappuccinos in the morning. The regular coffee made is good too! The only complaint I have is the tray water indicator doesn't always pop up and that will sometimes be a problem if we haven't emptied it in like five days because it'll start overflowing and there will be water all over the counter. Obviously we just empty it more often and it's not an issue. Only other thing was that the quad basket sometimes isn't detected. We got a new one under warranty and it works better but will still have some issues with detection that can be frustrating. All said, I'd buy it again in a heartbeat.

I was able to follow the set up guides easily and was making a latte minutes after removing it from the box. The maintenance seems easy with a quick guide on how to keep the parts clean and functioning as well as included cleaning tools. The water reservoir is large enough for multiple drinks, which adds to the ease of use during busy mornings. The machine itself is user-friendly even for beginners and ensures the beans are ground to the appropriate coarseness for the perfect espresso pull. The best part is that it can also do drip coffee and cold brew! The milk frother works effortlessly with both dairy and non-dairy milk, able to do everything from steamed milk to cold foam.

This by far is the best money ever spent!!!! The best tasting coffee I've made by far it's so versatile I fought long and hard but it was a Father's Day gift I knew it would be used for a very long time so ready to start my coffee bar!!!!! The controls are easy it comes with a QR so you can watch videos on the how to's perfect size to fit under my cabinet, compared to my other coffee machine this takes way less time ,grinds the beans to perfection easy to clean and built very sturdy love the design as well the frother option is amazing 🤩

A late birthday present for me. I was really hoping the raspberry color would be available again but didn't want to wait any longer. We've been using it for a couple weeks. I did see mixed reviews online but so far so good in our household. I took the time to read the manual before use and watch videos online. My dislike would be that it goes through beans quick (we're finishing our 3rd bag). Even purchased on sale it was more than I would normally consider for a coffee maker. I tend to buy a new one every 12 - 18 months. This one better run a lot longer.

Don't love this machine. It makes a huge mess, and when I try to get my fresh coffee grinds, it takes forever for the sensor to read my portafiller. Cleaned it multiple times, to no effect. Would not recommend. And trying to get service or warranty on the website is the most frustrating thing I've ever tried.

Love love love this coffee machine!! The overall design of the machine is very aesthetically pleasing, the size is also brilliant as it's not too bulky. It can make so many different types of coffee including iced coffee with the cold foam. It's very easy to clean and easy to use. It was so simple to set up, a very easy process. It's not noisy at all unlike some other machines. The overall performance of the machine is brilliant. 10/10 definitely recommend!

My husband gifted me the Ninja Luxe Café Premier Espresso Machine, and I absolutely love it! I'm a true coffe lover, and sincero I got this machine, I haven't needed to but coffe from cafés anymore. I can make my own delicius coffe at home, and it tastes amazing. It's easy to use, convenient, and has become one of my favorite things in my kitchen!☕️✨

Everything I could want in a coffee maker! User friendly! Easy! Quick! Lots of options! The value is unmatched. Often you find people paying double for an espresso maker while this makes espresso and more. I am addicted to the cold brew! The maintenance isn't bad. It has a little “plunger” indicator when it's time to clean the water tray out. Would recommend!

I bought my Luxe right after it was first released. I have used almost daily for the past 2 years! I like the customization options for my coffee or espresso drinks. I do wish the early models had an auto tamping feature. The temperature setting is customizable as well.

Very easy to use by following the steps in the online instructions, which virtually show you every step, and it's really nice. I like the coffee adjustment because you don't need to do it yourself - the machine suggests the best settings for your coffee. It also has a warming tray for cups, which is a really nice feature. And most importantly, the milk frother finally works perfectly with my Barista oat milk. I love it every time I use it.😍
