I bought this a few months ago. I like it but I'm experiencing a problem. When I'm making espresso, it will have me dial the grounding to 10-15, the directions indicate something about this. But then when I brew the espresso at that grinding size, nothing comes out, It just wastes the espresso, and my time. This morning the espresso grind size suggested 10. I did that and it was ruined, nothing came out. I moved it up to 15, a couple drips came out. I used 20, and i got espresso but it seemed to run thru that too fast Overall I like the machine but if this keeps happening or I can't find a resolution, its going back.

After 7 years our Kerieg Cafe machine just said enough. My husband and I are particular about our cofee , so finding a new machine to go with was quite a difficult choice. This product is exceptional for the cofee lover who likes to reminise about drinking a cappuccino on the plaza novona in Italy or just a on the go cup of Joe to get the kids to school. Easy to use , compact to fit in your at home cafe corner, and easy to clean.

Received about 2 weeks ago, loving it so far! Easy to use, looks more intimidating that actual is. Lots of videos online that are helpful. The machine is gorgeous, looks great in my kitchen. Made Cold Brew, Espresso, Cold Espresso, and lots of Cold Foams so far!

I had the old Ninja coffee maker that could do drip coffee, cappacino, Iced Coffee and Latte and loved it. I wanted to try treat myself and get the new updated version. If you are buying it for espresso, or to make Latte, or Cappuccino it performs well. I am extremely dissatisfied with the drip coffee. It is honestly terrible. I wish I didn't upgrade :(.

A great buy. I have had other coffee machines and deliberated over this for some time. It’s better coffee than from the local café. It makes things easy, but the operator can revert to manual if so required. The only fault that I can find is that there is not enough room for two mugs to make two servings simultaneously. I have solved that by using two Italian style short black glasses and decanting them into mugs.

Amazing coffee/espresso machine fulfilling all my Starbucks needs right at home! Easy to use, with many settings for delicious cold foams, cappuccinos, lattes, etc. it’s a very durable machine, great for hosting but even better for an on the go working mom! Highly recommend this product!!

Best coffee maker I’ve own, as a Cuban girly I love my strong espresso coffee. This coffee maker grinds your coffee grounds , makes the coffee and also has a milk frother. From iced coffee to hot coffee, to many other drinks . It is on the pricey side but so worth the money just think how much you spend on coffee daily make it at home instead. Easy to use after initial set up it only makes the grinding noise when it’s grinding your coffee grounds.

Bought ours in January 2026 and by March a piece (the hopper) had broken and already needed replacement. Contacted Ninja thinking because the machine was bought so recently the issue would be resolved free of charge but that was not the case. Be aware when purchasing🥲 Other than that the machine is beautiful.

The overall purpose of making good coffee at home was successful with this machine. Unfortunately, after two months the steam wand stopped working and caused a backflow of pressure inside the machine. It made an enormous mess. That was after multiple cleanings and descaling. It was replaced under warranty. After another month, the drip tray broke. It was replaced under warranty. I’m certainly concerned about the longevity of this product. I previously had a used Breville that outlasted this coffee maker. Kinda wish I still had the other one. I’m satisfied with the grinder and coffee… as long as it continues to work. I would not recommend.

Purchased the Raspberry NinjaLux as soon as I saw it come out. It is beautiful! I was on the fence about getting this or the Breville for the past year, and I am so glad I chose Ninja. It’s very user friendly and easy to use, as are all Ninja products.
