The quality of this machine is amazing. Every cup taste like it comes straight from one of your local coffee shops. I've honestly stopped going to the local coffee shops since I purchased Ninja Luxe 3 in 1. The day I got it, it made a loud noise that I wasn't expecting, but that's just the way it sounds. It has like a little knocking sound when you go to froth your milk that just means it heating up. One thing to remember to make sure the handle is placed where it says locked. If you don't it will come off because it has a lot of pressure. And at the beginning it's hard to get it to lock all the way but do the best you can to get it as close to where it says LOCKED. Over time it gets easier to Lock. I promise you this, it's the best money I have spent on a coffee, espresso machine that compares to a local coffee shop. And there's nothing like having fresh coffee beans grinding right before you. I rate it a 10

Dare I say I'm obsessed? While a fancy machine, it's really intuitive and walks you through the entire process of brewing a drink. Grinder makes custom suggestions based on the beans used. Brew is simple and the cold features work well too. Ample froth settings as well. Do not need to refill with water too often and brews a darn good coffee, whether it be a latte, cold brew or just standard drip. The portafilter does require a little muscle to slide in and out sometimes but I get the hang of it the more often I use it.

Our first machine was defective but Ninja replaced it within 24 hours. The new one has been so much better! We used to get Starbucks daily, but decided to give this a try. This machine (though not always consistent, but still great) has saved us so much money! We love it!

It's easy to use, looks great in my kitchen, and makes my morning coffee routine much more enjoyable. The coffee comes out rich and flavorful, and I like that I can customize my drinks depending on what I'm in the mood for. The milk frother is a nice bonus for lattes and cappuccinos. Overall, it's a great addition to my home and a coffee machine I use regularly.

I love this machine so much. It DOES EVERYTHING. It adjust the grind weight automatically, it froths for you. You can change the setting to manually frothing your milk or make it extra hot. Amazing. This is coming from someone who will drive back and forth to her favourite coffee shop. Will never go back lol

I love this machine. Unfortunately it's my second one. Within two months of buying the first one it cracked out, but the warranty replacement process could not have been easier. It was a brief phone call, that turned into a Zoom to go through the process to see if we could fix it. When the operator determined it couldn't I had a new one in five days

I can't say enough good things about the ninja luxe Café espresso machine. This was my first ever espresso machine purchase & it has truly been super easy to navigate. I'm not sure how loud other espresso machines are but this one can be a little noisy at times, especially with the steam and froth. All of the parts are very durable, and the weight of the machine is fairly heavy. It comes with everything you need to make the perfect coffee, whether you choose iced or hot. The only thing I would complain about is I wish the drip tray held more but honestly, it's not that big of a deal. I also love how easy it is to clean.

My husband bought me this machine last year. I love coffee and if I could I would collect coffee machines. This machine has been amazing. I love how easy it is to use, the brews are always consistent and I love being able to remove the coffee beans very easily if I want to switch to other ones. Before this I had a Phillips one and it was nice but this one is so much better.I use it daily, multiple times a day.

we have had it for a year now, it consistently brews the best you can get with very little user input. the crema, extraction, the preheat ability & perfect temp are all on point. Don't hesitate buy now. we have so many Ninja & shark products. no issues with any of them.
