We love our Ninja Luxe! The only drawback is that it has ruined our coffee drinking experience when we’re away from home! It makes such a great cup of coffee that all other coffee is mediocre at best! Thanks Ninja for the best coffee ever!!!

I’ve had my machine for over a year now and it works great. I have yet to encounter any issues. Extraction is always perfect. Consistency is amazing. Crema is the best. Temperature is perfect and pre heats always at the perfect timing

We love our Ninja Luxe Cafe! We've been using it daily for the last 8 months. It takes a bit more effort than a classic cup of drip coffee, but it is worth the extra 5 minutes every time.

I bought this a few months ago. I like it but I'm experiencing a problem. When I'm making espresso, it will have me dial the grounding to 10-15, the directions indicate something about this. But then when I brew the espresso at that grinding size, nothing comes out, It just wastes the espresso, and my time. This morning the espresso grind size suggested 10. I did that and it was ruined, nothing came out. I moved it up to 15, a couple drips came out. I used 20, and i got espresso but it seemed to run thru that too fast Overall I like the machine but if this keeps happening or I can't find a resolution, its going back.

The overall purpose of making good coffee at home was successful with this machine. Unfortunately, after two months the steam wand stopped working and caused a backflow of pressure inside the machine. It made an enormous mess. That was after multiple cleanings and descaling. It was replaced under warranty. After another month, the drip tray broke. It was replaced under warranty. I’m certainly concerned about the longevity of this product. I previously had a used Breville that outlasted this coffee maker. Kinda wish I still had the other one. I’m satisfied with the grinder and coffee… as long as it continues to work. I would not recommend.

Perfect coffee/espresso machine with many settings! Haven’t been to Starbucks in a while because this coffee is even more delicious. Extremely easy to use, pretty compact for all of the functions it has including frothing. I absolutely love making cold brews and cappuccinos. Great for hosting as well, but even better for a busy working mom on the go! Truly recommend this product!

My boyfriend got this for my for my graduation present and I am IN LOVE. I’ve always wanted an espresso machine but was worried about the learning curve with bean grinding, pressure, and just overall use. But the ninja makes it SO easy to brew perfect espresso shots and create delicious barista quality drinks. I haven’t been to Starbucks in so long because I prefer making it myself now. And the raspberry color is so pretty!!

I bought ~2 months ago and its fabulous! Had a pod machine and savings in pod costs wll pay for this in 3-4 months and the espresso drinks are better! Auto grind works great, can also use pre-ground but you need to then experiment with grounds/strength. I like espresso, wife likes traditional drip so the fact that it does both is awesome. Handy spots for storing pieces in the machine! Small things--switching out coffee beans not something you want to do everyday--hence we make wife's drip with her pre-ground fav. beans and espresso using whole beans and auto grind. The milk frothing system is fabulous. Auto-purge of frothing wand is a great feature --uses a lot of water, so frequent emptying of the tray and refilling of water reservoir if you have a couple of double shots a day. Not sure why the catch tray for coffee drips is separate from the water catch tray for the frother purge--if they were just one piece it would be easier--hold more water and keep the drips from drying on. But these are small things on what is, overall, a great machine.

Received about 2 weeks ago, loving it so far! Easy to use, looks more intimidating that actual is. Lots of videos online that are helpful. The machine is gorgeous, looks great in my kitchen. Made Cold Brew, Espresso, Cold Espresso, and lots of Cold Foams so far!

Purchased the Raspberry NinjaLux as soon as I saw it come out. It is beautiful! I was on the fence about getting this or the Breville for the past year, and I am so glad I chose Ninja. It’s very user friendly and easy to use, as are all Ninja products.
