I wanted to love this pool- it was a great addition to the backyard. However, the pump we received was faulty and would not run and kept shutting off. Customer service wanted me to return the entire item- I tried to explain it was an 18ft pool filled with water. Why can't they just do the pump replacement, and I can return that portion? Wish there was somewhere local I could talk to about this; they refused to help, so I have a non-working pump. Horrible customer service experience.

Purchased this on June 11th. Im giving it three stars because we had to order a new pump and filter for it because the one provided is absolutely not big enough for this size pool and it doesn't circulate the water like it should. Now just waiting on it to get here. But over all we do love the pool.

So far so good. Installation of the actual pool was easier than it seemed like it would be. My issues so far are actually with the instructions (lack of) or that the instructions are written for using sand only but the filter comes with poly balls. The instructions also have a lot of information missing for starting the pool filter and makes a lot of assumptions. Without the help of others, I would've for sure made big mistakes.

Run from this pool don't buy anything with Bestway or Coleman name on it. they are horrible and do not last. Mine is barley couple years old and the frame is rusted out. i don't believe my pool is safe for use now. one top rail is cracked in the middle and another broke right where it goes into the plastic tee. I had an intex pool before this one that lasted me 8 years I bought here at Sam's. i also came with a skimmer in the side. not two little suction ports. I'd still have it if hurricane Michael didn't drop a tree thru the middle of it. I am disabled and need this pool for physical therapy for myself and my wife who just did double knee replacements. I'm afraid to get into it now. plus the vinyl is fraying on the top from sun damage another thing my intex didn't have any issues with even being 8 years old. i also never had a leak. this pool has sprung two leak. on in the side, and one in the bottom.

We are loving this pool we got for our grandson. We do have very hard water. so I had to go to our local pool store get rust and scale. I did as they said it took longer to clear up due to the weather was very cold and rainy so with the cover on it took longer to clear up. When it dis warm up cover came off. went to the pool store got liquid Chlorine put half a jug in as they said with a little shock and couple days later clear.. I grew up with an in ground pool so knowing how to take care of a pool helps. My parents well water is very good where we live close to Lake Michigan. Worth the money for the price I paid when on sale.

Love the pool! Wish it came with ground cover. Need sturdy Ladder!

Easy for two people to set up, the pump is very quiet and the grandkids love it.

Great pool for the money.

Great price for this size of the pool. Very easy put together. Great deal

We love our pool, but definitely have 2-3 people to set it up!
