Great purchase so far. Easy to install and so far we have been enjoying swim time. The only thing i will change is the ladder. While the ladder that came with this pool is a sturdy ladder I personally would like one with larger steps to make it easier for the Littles to get in and out.

Easy to put together with 4 people. Do not let children climb on top railing. It will bend. Ladder does tip over easy with kids playing. But over all. This is the second pool we have bought. They last about 2 years. Legs will rust at bottom. But for 399 it’s not too bad. Wish it would last longer. We did purchase a sand filter pump to go with ours. So I don’t know about the pump system.

I was hesitant to buy based on all the negative reviews but this pool was super easy to set up with the exception of the pump. The directions need to be written out, versus the grainy pictures you're supposed to follow. Thankfully i had enough experience to know the basics. Sturdy frame, liner is thick and has a great blue color inside, brown outside isn't terrible. Ladder is constructed well enough to do the job. Took several hours to fill. Pictures provided are BEFORE filling so looks wrinkles, eyc. Overall, very happy.

We were a little skeptical due to the price of this pool. Once we cleared the area that we were putting the pool down, it only took us about 45 minutes to put the entire pool together. It took about 24 hours to fill the whole pool up. We have had it for about 3 weeks and it has been our best summer purchase!!

Amazing price on a really good pool. It's not an ultra frame, but it's a sturdy metal frame pool nonetheless. Easy to set up, and came with a really nice "sand" pump with the cotton ball things instead of sand. The liner is a nice color, and the overall quality of the materials and the build is great. Overall we're very happy with this product, and with the deal!

Fairly easy installation. When you’re filling the pool, you need to be in it smoothing the bottom from start until it has at least a foot of water in it in order to get the bottom smooth. We put our poles on 6” 2x4’s to keep them from sinking into the ground and it worked great. Also any uneven ground will show after it’s put together and filled up even if it is just a few inches on one part. Overall it’s a great pool and definitely worth it. My bf and I put it up ourselves and by he and I, I mean pretty much myself. So if I can figure it out and do it, anyone can do it. Just follow the instructions and pay attention to detail and you will be fine. It took about 2 evenings for us to assemble. If you had a day to spare you could probably do it in about 5-6 hours.

I hadn't intended to purchase this but caught it on sale so thought I would get for grandkids. My husband went all out and put plastic down and then put about 4" of sand to give some cushion and make easier to level. Installation went pretty smooth. We ended up using sand in the filter instead of included cotton balls. We have an issue with one of the hoses leaking just a smidge and think it's a bad o-ring so I am currently in the process of getting it replaced. So far I am happy with the pool.

This pool is quality, liner is thick and beautiful! Legs are sturdy. Set up is not as pick as the box says, so don’t get too excited. I have zero complaints about the actual pool-make sure your land is level and you won’t have problems! I DO have a problem with the pump and directions/manual, they’re both awful. The pump filter is not strong enough to actually push around 6,000gal of water, the suction inlet filters barely suck, I’ve had nothing in my basket so I’ve had to count on myself to skim and vacuum and somehow I already had to clean the polysphere balls that were already brown and shooting dirty water into my pool when I ran the filter. It’s just cheap and not powerful enough. I’ll be using my Hayward next summer. The manual…don’t bother, just watch YouTube, you will save a lot of hair pulling and yelling…it’s incredibly vague and non-descriptive…all their pools and one manual. Ugh.

After much work, we set up the pool and discovered it has a leak. It took a long time to get a hold of someone in customer service, but they are unwilling to help us in any way. They suggested we return it to our nearest Sam’s Club. There are no Sams clubs in my area. That is why I ordered it online. I’m beyond unsatisfied and angry. Do not shop at Sam’s Club!!!

Ordered this pool online because I called all the stores in Vegas and they told me they didn’t have them in store when it was delivered we set it up and started filling it we noticed it was leaking once it was filled about a foot already I started an exchange and they picked up the pool a day after and the new pool was set to arrive 2 days after exchange initiated a week went by and nothing I went to the store and they had a whole pallets full of them I tried to stop the exchange and the manager there told me no as well as the people on live chat she was so rude and told me to just buy another one because I had an event and I needed the pool so that’s what I had to do almost 2 weeks went by until I received the pool and I had to go back to the store to return it. DO NOT BUY!!! WORST SERVICE AND DELIVERY EVER
