The pool is an amazing value. The pump that comes with it is perfect and comes with the filter balls. With just shock and chlorine tablets and a little baking soda the pool has stayed crystal clear. The cover - you need to go and purchase some towel hanging clips from Amazon for the first couple installs until it gets stretched out. Building the pool was a breeze. I did it completely alone. Find and use all the instructions booklets that come in the various boxes. Purchasing a vacuum is also recommended. The little one that comes with it works, just not well. Overall extremely happy with the purchase. The liner alone cost almost as much as this whole kit. We will see how it stands up to the weather over the next couple of years.

Worst experience ever! Pool was delivered on time , in 2 separate boxes just like it was supposed to be. Problem was no pump, filter or liner in either box. Called Sam’s was told someone would come pick the pool ( half a pool) up. It’s been 2 months the 2 boxes are still in my front yard! I have called and called no one seems interested in trying to help. The boxes have been rained on multiple times each time I call to let them know I still have the boxes in my front yard I get the same ole story. ( someone will be there to pick up the boxes ) Now it looks like garbage in the front yard. 😡

This item broke within a couple days but I'm not able to return it as the box was ripped apart and how would i even attempt to return it back to the store? Horrible buy, basically paid well over 450 for the honor to set it ip and not use it. A pool leg broke, i think the cover was ripped before i even got it but didnt find out until later. Very upset with the whole situation because this was a huge buy for me, i dont have a lot of money so this has made me salty

Ordered this pool online because I called all the stores in Vegas and they told me they didn’t have them in store when it was delivered we set it up and started filling it we noticed it was leaking once it was filled about a foot already I started an exchange and they picked up the pool a day after and the new pool was set to arrive 2 days after exchange initiated a week went by and nothing I went to the store and they had a whole pallets full of them I tried to stop the exchange and the manager there told me no as well as the people on live chat she was so rude and told me to just buy another one because I had an event and I needed the pool so that’s what I had to do almost 2 weeks went by until I received the pool and I had to go back to the store to return it. DO NOT BUY!!! WORST SERVICE AND DELIVERY EVER

Fairly easy installation. When you’re filling the pool, you need to be in it smoothing the bottom from start until it has at least a foot of water in it in order to get the bottom smooth. We put our poles on 6” 2x4’s to keep them from sinking into the ground and it worked great. Also any uneven ground will show after it’s put together and filled up even if it is just a few inches on one part. Overall it’s a great pool and definitely worth it. My bf and I put it up ourselves and by he and I, I mean pretty much myself. So if I can figure it out and do it, anyone can do it. Just follow the instructions and pay attention to detail and you will be fine. It took about 2 evenings for us to assemble. If you had a day to spare you could probably do it in about 5-6 hours.

The product itself was damaged by a manufacturing issues and the return/refund process has been even WORSE!!!!!!!!!!! Upon the day of installation of the pool we noticed the seam from the wall to the floor of the liner was not properly sealed. I contacted Sam’s Club the EXACT DAY to start a replacement/return in hopes of simply getting a different liner. It has been 2 months and I STILL HAVE NOOOOOOOO pool and ABSOLUTELY NOOOOOOOOOOOOO REFUND or ANYTHING!!!!!!! I have countless emails and phone conversations that I have logged with every level of customer service support. From the low man on the totem pole that answers the customer service calls to the CEO of Sam’s Club. Whom I looked up and emailed. I obtained a business account with the Club and myself, my business partner, and even EACH and EVERY SINGLE family member and friends that have memberships are MOST DEFINITELY CANCELING our memberships. This entire process and experience has been COMPLETELY unacceptable. Sam’s Club has done more than “drop the ball” on this. We have been MORE than patient with them. I have went back and reviewed all emails and correspondence with them. It has been an astonishing amount of lies from EVERY SINGLE MEMBER of the entire company!!!!!!!!! ***BEWARE BEFORE ANY PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!********* 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

So far we’ve been very pleased with this pool! I saw several negative reviews about how it came with holes or the support pole joints broke etc.. we’ve not had a single issue and it’s been up and running since the end of June. It was relatively easy to set up too. But you need two people!

Came with little to no directions. Poles are cheaply manufactured, the arms are able to snap into each other for security but the legs DO NOT snap into the frame like the arms do. Legs completely snapped while filling up. Disassembled and returned ASAP. Would not recommend this brand to anyone, waste of time putting everything together just for it to fall apart and have a few legs snap

Huge pool great value for the price! Pump seems good so far after one week! Saltwater pump comes with everything for 399$ can’t beat this price. The smaller pools are more expensive which is crazy but hey it is what it is! Can’t go wrong with this deal. Just make sure u prep the ground and GET IT LEVEL or u will regret it! Took 3 yards of sand and 3 full days to get it level but its Gucci now!

I was hesitant to buy based on all the negative reviews but this pool was super easy to set up with the exception of the pump. The directions need to be written out, versus the grainy pictures you're supposed to follow. Thankfully i had enough experience to know the basics. Sturdy frame, liner is thick and has a great blue color inside, brown outside isn't terrible. Ladder is constructed well enough to do the job. Took several hours to fill. Pictures provided are BEFORE filling so looks wrinkles, eyc. Overall, very happy.
