Was ordered for my granddaughter bday and they shipped 1out of 2 boxes we waited for the second box to come a week later I sat on the phone for over a hours and a half to finally get hold of anyone to help and was told I should have went to the store in tx and I live in pa. My stress level was through the roof for a uncalled shipment. So she canceled the order and reordered. Three weeks later the pool arrived. I have been a member for a long time and very disappointed with the service I received for a 400. Purchase

Worst experience ever! Pool was delivered on time , in 2 separate boxes just like it was supposed to be. Problem was no pump, filter or liner in either box. Called Sam’s was told someone would come pick the pool ( half a pool) up. It’s been 2 months the 2 boxes are still in my front yard! I have called and called no one seems interested in trying to help. The boxes have been rained on multiple times each time I call to let them know I still have the boxes in my front yard I get the same ole story. ( someone will be there to pick up the boxes ) Now it looks like garbage in the front yard. 😡

Awesome, once you set it up, only problem was setting up the vacuum. Instructions were very vague and doesn't work very well. We bought a different vacuum. Also pool cover doesn't stay on. We replaced the cord with a thicker sturdier cord and that worked really well.

Shouldn’t be called power steel should be called power aluminum because if that is steel, it’s so thin that it might as well be aluminum two of the bars on the top bent when little kids stepped on them trying to get over the ladder if the ladder had a platform on it. It probably wouldn’t have happened. Probably should’ve listened to the reviews about the less than perfect construction of the pieces. Everything else was else was great really like the pump and filter system set up was quite easy. Instructions were pretty easy to follow.

The water pump is not big enough and does not keep the water filtered

Definitely need 2 people to set up, but was quite quick and easy. Its a great size for our family, 3 grown children, their S/O and 2 grandchildren.

Pool is a good size seems ok, but we don't have it completely full yet. Will take more than an hour for set up. Glad we had 5 people for set up. Takes a little more than 6000 gallons to fill.

Set up of the pool itself is simple and straight forward. Sturdy and enjoyable. The directions are lacking for setting up the pump/filter. Had to look online for more information.

Pool was pretty simple to setup. I like the new pump that comes with it. The pump could be used as a sand filter or with filter balls. It already came with filter balls so trying that out.

It’s an exceiient Pool , just a little skeptical about the new tubing method, other than that I love it. This is my second buy my first Bestway pool fullfilled all me expectación. Last me 5years. This is a great product.
