I was hesitant to buy based on all the negative reviews but this pool was super easy to set up with the exception of the pump. The directions need to be written out, versus the grainy pictures you're supposed to follow. Thankfully i had enough experience to know the basics. Sturdy frame, liner is thick and has a great blue color inside, brown outside isn't terrible. Ladder is constructed well enough to do the job. Took several hours to fill. Pictures provided are BEFORE filling so looks wrinkles, eyc. Overall, very happy.

One week in with the pool ,the pump started leaking and the pool lost several gallons of water, we re-sat the seal where the leak was coming from and that worked for a while, but its back to leaking again, now waiting on warranty dept to see what out options are. 🤦‍♀️😔

Critical pieces more cheaply made out of plastic vs metal. T connector joints piecing the top rails and connecting to the legs are cheap and I wonder about durability. Bestway doesn't seem to carry replacement parts. The newer design of 2 smaller ports to take water to the filter makes NO sense. Made a durable pool patch and covered 1 and enlarged the 2nd to the size of the return side and works beautifully. The connections aside from the output ports connect with an intex pump. Pump included with package is way too small for the 6K gal volume of the pool. I don't see this lasting as long as our intex did (11 yrs) but considering it is half the cost, there is that.

Amazing price on a really good pool. It's not an ultra frame, but it's a sturdy metal frame pool nonetheless. Easy to set up, and came with a really nice "sand" pump with the cotton ball things instead of sand. The liner is a nice color, and the overall quality of the materials and the build is great. Overall we're very happy with this product, and with the deal!

This pool is the perfect size for what I need and comes with everything to get started. After setting it up and starting to fill it though, so far I have already had to patch holes in the bottom of it. Hopefully there won't be anymore as it fills. This is so frustrating when you buy a new pool, you don't expect there to be any holes. Hopefully there isn't anymore and we can get it filled up and enjoy this pool.

Ordered this pool online because I called all the stores in Vegas and they told me they didn’t have them in store when it was delivered we set it up and started filling it we noticed it was leaking once it was filled about a foot already I started an exchange and they picked up the pool a day after and the new pool was set to arrive 2 days after exchange initiated a week went by and nothing I went to the store and they had a whole pallets full of them I tried to stop the exchange and the manager there told me no as well as the people on live chat she was so rude and told me to just buy another one because I had an event and I needed the pool so that’s what I had to do almost 2 weeks went by until I received the pool and I had to go back to the store to return it. DO NOT BUY!!! WORST SERVICE AND DELIVERY EVER

Awesome, once you set it up, only problem was setting up the vacuum. Instructions were very vague and doesn't work very well. We bought a different vacuum. Also pool cover doesn't stay on. We replaced the cord with a thicker sturdier cord and that worked really well.

The overall pool is great. The actual pool quality is great and very sturdy. Very easy to assemble and came with everything as described. The pool is 18 x 4 and the pump that comes with it seems to be a little small. It struggles to keep the pool clean the water filtered. Trying to find a different pool cover. The one that comes with it is difficult to get on, and EVERY TIME the wind blows it comes off.

We were a little skeptical due to the price of this pool. Once we cleared the area that we were putting the pool down, it only took us about 45 minutes to put the entire pool together. It took about 24 hours to fill the whole pool up. We have had it for about 3 weeks and it has been our best summer purchase!!

This pool is quality, liner is thick and beautiful! Legs are sturdy. Set up is not as pick as the box says, so don't get too excited. I have zero complaints about the actual pool-make sure your land is level and you won't have problems! I DO have a problem with the pump and directions/manual, they're both awful. The pump filter is not strong enough to actually push around 6,000gal of water, the suction inlet filters barely suck, I've had nothing in my basket so I've had to count on myself to skim and vacuum and somehow I already had to clean the polysphere balls that were already brown and shooting dirty water into my pool when I ran the filter. It's just cheap and not powerful enough. I'll be using my Hayward next summer. The manual…don't bother, just watch YouTube, you will save a lot of hair pulling and yelling…it's incredibly vague and non-descriptive…all their pools and one manual. Ugh.
