We are loving this pool we got for our grandson. We do have very hard water. so I had to go to our local pool store get rust and scale. I did as they said it took longer to clear up due to the weather was very cold and rainy so with the cover on it took longer to clear up. When it dis warm up cover came off. went to the pool store got liquid Chlorine put half a jug in as they said with a little shock and couple days later clear.. I grew up with an in ground pool so knowing how to take care of a pool helps. My parents well water is very good where we live close to Lake Michigan. Worth the money for the price I paid when on sale.

Incredibly impressed with the early results of this purchase. The pull is sturdy, nice looking and functional. Cannot be beat for the price. I do wish I better pool brush/hand vacuum attachment came with the pool but the skimmer attachment and pole does work well for surface debris.

Run from this pool don't buy anything with Bestway or Coleman name on it. they are horrible and do not last. Mine is barley couple years old and the frame is rusted out. i don't believe my pool is safe for use now. one top rail is cracked in the middle and another broke right where it goes into the plastic tee. I had an intex pool before this one that lasted me 8 years I bought here at Sam's. i also came with a skimmer in the side. not two little suction ports. I'd still have it if hurricane Michael didn't drop a tree thru the middle of it. I am disabled and need this pool for physical therapy for myself and my wife who just did double knee replacements. I'm afraid to get into it now. plus the vinyl is fraying on the top from sun damage another thing my intex didn't have any issues with even being 8 years old. i also never had a leak. this pool has sprung two leak. on in the side, and one in the bottom.

We bought this pool this year. The top rails on D does not take much for them to indent. We contacted best way and made a claim and they were fast and on it. They replace our rails. They are good people to deal with and nice. The pool itself is good to have. I would definitely buy again from bestway and they make things right.

Didn't hold up the legs an sides bent from the water pressure , wasn't able to use
