I really wanted to be happy with this purchase. My son was wanting a pool so bad and I am afraid we got a defective one. Set up was easy and pool is nice but after using it for one 1 month several of the top bars are bending. One is very bad. We made a point to be sure ground was level when installed, and all was fine until pool was filled and used for a few weeks then we noticed little bends and woke up one morning to a really bad bend. Trying to find replacement parts but apparently, they are all out of stock so we have to continue using it till it breaks completely then buy a new pool. sad when you spend hundreds of dollars on a pool and they do not have available replacement parts. When it does break might have to switch to another brand that keeps replacement parts in stock and/or available cause summer just started and this is a bummer. Son is only 7 and it is just him and 1 adult in pool so it is not bending from misuse.

Overall a decent purchase. The filter does an ok job, the cover is nice but doesn't stay on very well during high winds and we had to upgrade to a surface skimmer to really get the filter to do it's job. Overall, this is a good price but be prepared to spend more on upgrades over time.

We have enjoyed the pool and most things work well on it, except the poles around the circle are easily dented and bent. We ended up having seven of them bent throughout the 10 weeks of Summer that we used it, through just normal use and kids hanging on the sides at times. We reached out to Bestway to try to get those poles replaced, but they said it's no longer under warranty because we mistakenly bought it too early in order to be prepared. Poor customer service. All we wanted was to get those seven poles replaced and they wouldn't even do that. So we took it back to Sam's club and returned it.

Didn't hold up the legs an sides bent from the water pressure , wasn't able to use

Definitely need 2 people to set up, but was quite quick and easy. Its a great size for our family, 3 grown children, their S/O and 2 grandchildren.

Installation was easy. We’ve had it up and pump running about a week now, but still to cool to get in.

This pool has held up so far. The setup wasn’t as easy as mentioned. The pool cover is garbage. The pool itself it great.

Excellent! There was 7 teenagers in the pool abd it stood its ground. We really enjoy having the pool, awesome purchase especially for the price!

After only 3 days after installation, the power cord to the filter failed. Working with Bestway and Sam's customer service for replacement.
