What a great little kit for getting into the pool life. Seems to be one of the better combinations of features (sand filter, overall size, etc.) for the price point.

It would be great if I could actually use the pool, the filter does not work and I have called the customer service line TWICE and both times they are supposed to have emailed me something. Once the troubleshooting steps, another the warranty claim, each time I have not received the email but they can’t send it to me while I’m on the phone because their system is “slow”. You better hope you get one that works right out the gate otherwise good luck getting their customer service to help you with ANYTHING

Purchased this on June 11th. Im giving it three stars because we had to order a new pump and filter for it because the one provided is absolutely not big enough for this size pool and it doesn't circulate the water like it should. Now just waiting on it to get here. But over all we do love the pool.

Overall a decent purchase. The filter does an ok job, the cover is nice but doesn't stay on very well during high winds and we had to upgrade to a surface skimmer to really get the filter to do it's job. Overall, this is a good price but be prepared to spend more on upgrades over time.

Definitely need 2 people to set up, but was quite quick and easy. Its a great size for our family, 3 grown children, their S/O and 2 grandchildren.

Delivered in April, put up in the middle of June and a week and a half three top story bars have bent in the middle. This is our second bestway pool. The first one lasted several years and the only reason it became bad was we left it out over winter with only a foot of water in it. The wind tore that pool up since it had so little water. These poles should not be bent. Going to reach out to bestway to see if they will send replacement poles and we are hoping it doesn’t fail before we take it down for winter. This pool is also 2’ smaller than the prior one that we bought from Sam’s Club.

We bought this pool this year. The top rails on D does not take much for them to indent. We contacted best way and made a claim and they were fast and on it. They replace our rails. They are good people to deal with and nice. The pool itself is good to have. I would definitely buy again from bestway and they make things right.

So far so good. Installation of the actual pool was easier than it seemed like it would be. My issues so far are actually with the instructions (lack of) or that the instructions are written for using sand only but the filter comes with poly balls. The instructions also have a lot of information missing for starting the pool filter and makes a lot of assumptions. Without the help of others, I would've for sure made big mistakes.

Incredibly impressed with the early results of this purchase. The pull is sturdy, nice looking and functional. Cannot be beat for the price. I do wish I better pool brush/hand vacuum attachment came with the pool but the skimmer attachment and pole does work well for surface debris.

We have had a great experience with our bestway pool. It was easy to set up and get running. The filter does a great job keeping it clean. I keep the chlorine pucks bought at Sams in the floater and poor a little liquid chlorine every time the chlorine level gets low. My water is crystal clear every day. A few tools I'd recommend is a rechargeable pool vacuum which is also made by Bestway and a pool skimmer. The kind that simply sits on the top of your pool for an easy install. These 2 things have made keeping the pool clean easy. Don't overthink these pools! The more chemicals you put in them, the more issues you will have with the water. Also, don't overthink the install. We found our yard is pretty solid and level, laid down a heavy duty tarp and set it up. It will never be perfectly level, no matter how much time and money you invest. Remember an inch or two difference is not going to hurt your pool! I'm hoping we get a few good years from this pool. My kids are in it every single day so definitely worth the money!
