Pool cover too small

We are trying to put this together We need someone to contact us about this ASAP. The pool cover is not the proper size that was included. We got the 18x48 and the cover will not go all the way around the oil. I am getting ready to return the whole thing if someone does not get back to me

I don't know what else to do. I ordered this and it was delivered. I returned it because I changed my mind. FedEx pick up BOTH boxes. Both the delivery and the service were excellent. FedEx returned one box (out of 2) later that week, stating they did not have a slip for "this" box, and I had to call Sam's or Bestway to arrange for its return. There is no contact number that I can find for Bestway and I talked with Sams, who referred me to their online return people. I spoke to a very friendly representative from Taiwan (I think). I was supposed to receive instructions on what to do next. I have not received anything. This was 6 days ago. Meanwhile, I have a big paperweight sitting on my porch. BTW, I did get fully refunded the very next day. Please advise as to what I do next,

POOR QUALITY WASTE OF MONEY

Don't purchase Bestway Power Steel 18-x48' purchased 5/1/23 through Sams Club. This current model didn't even have for a full month had 4 holes was leaking after 3 weeks, waste of water and money. Last year purchase the Bestway Power Steel 20x48 was the best one had no issues and had it up and swimming until Oct 2022 now cheap, poor quality. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GO WITH ANOTHER ABOVE GROUND POOL (COLEMAN etc)

Missing parts

We're pulled all the iteams out of the box and was missing one of the connector pieces. I called to ask for a replacement, and it will take 5 days to receive another one. For the amount of money spent why is it so hard to have all the pieces in the box.

DO NOT PURCHASE !

Purchased new, set up, within 3 days already leaking from the pump. At least we are getting our money back. You'd expect it to start having issues three months maybe or six months but just three days is absolutely a waste of money for water and time setting up for customers. We don't have any pets that could scratch or damage it or children no reason for a brand new pool too flood my yard .

USELESS cover can cause MAJOR issues

The cover is a joke--too small for the pool and almost as thin as a Hefty trash bag. We put grommets in the liner to keep it attached to the pool. That sort of worked, until it didn't. This unusable cover was partly to blame for the 5-6 foot gash I now have in the side of my pool. The cover slipped into the water, and then when a deep freeze hit us, the ice on the surface of the cover sliced into my pool wall. Maybe I can patch it? But if they'd supplied the proper cover, I wouldn't be having this issue.

Great pool

We purchased this pool like 3 weeks ago setup was easy kids n I have been enjoying it the filterstion balls r awesome I have don't nothing but had chlorine n skim it and it's been crystal clear for 3 weeks now very nice pool n price fits alot in it to we have 6 kids plus lots of room still left to swim def great purchase

Prepare to spend more!

The price on this pool is great. However- you will need a lot more stuff to get it up and running. And some of it isn't obvious. Like the fact that I need at least 18 paver stones to set under the legs. And then the sand for the filter. And the chlorine which is like $100/bag. I can't even get the thing to be level enough to fill it with water! I'm returning it.

Actually a question

Does this pump support salt water? Or do I need to purchase a new one for that?

Yes, it is generally safe to use salt water with a sand filter pump, but care should be taken regarding the concentration of salt. The safe concentration of salt in the water is around 1 ppm (1 gram per liter of water). If this concentration is exceeded, it is advisable to change the water to prevent damage to the internal components of the pump. Additionally, after adding salt, it's recommended to run the sand filter pump for 24 hours to ensure the salt completely dissolves before starting the chlorinator.
