Short pump warranty
I'm basing this review solely on the pump. I've not been using the pool long enough to provide information about the structure or liner itself. I bought this last year and didn't get a chance to install. Once I installed and tried to use this year, the pump was not working out of the gate. I contacted Bestway to try and get some support. I was informed that pump warranty is 6 months. Fair enough but a replacement pump cost 200+. With that in mind, I just bit the bullet and got a different vendor's saltwater pump. My recommendation is to test the pump as soon as you get it regardless of when you intend to install. Finding out after the pool is set up and filled with water is a bit more disheartening than finding out before doing all this work. If you do install, I recommend getting the warranty when you register since it's a fraction of the cost of a new pump. Can't speak for the claim process, but I assume it'll come out cheaper in the end. As for the pool, will see if it lasts longer than a season or two. If not, will look at other brands.

Terrible quality pump and terrible instructions
Filter pump broke within the first two weeks. Instructions for pool pump are terrible. They include filter balls in teh kit with no instructions whatsoever on how to use them or how often to clean them. The instructions only mention using sand in the sand filter. Yet they include filter balls to use in the kit. I had to download instructions from teh Bestway website and i followed them to the T. Yet pump still broke within the first two weeks. Their tech support is terrible. No number to call. Only allow you to leave your information and someone will call you back when they are available.

Worst pool we’ve ever owned!!
We purchased this pool last June and only got to use it twice due to our unusual cool summer last year. This year in February I believe it was it spontaneously ripped right where the pump hook ups are. Not a small rip either. Clearly a manufacturing issue. Tried to contact company multiple times and I was given 3 separate denial reasons each time and their customer service is absolutely horrible stating my pool is not level and they won’t replace it because of that but they have no idea if it is or isn’t level. Incredibly frustrated with my purchase and hoping we might get assistance from sams club but being 9 months later I highly doubt it.

No customer service!
After having the pool sit in a box for two weeks I was so excited to get it put up and use it. After a week I noticed I was losing water at a great rate, upon further investigating I realized the pump was leaking . I called for the installer to look at it and was informed they never put the pump together, it came that way. The cause is most likely a seal it broken on it. I have been trying to call Bestway customer service and they are never open, even though the message says to call at a certain time. I am not happy with my purchase or the lack of customer service.

Things u must consider
I just replaced my Intex pool that was GREAT by the way. I need the wicker look. After reading alot of your comments, 2 things: the pump and filter that comes w pools is NEVER big enuf. I read alot b4 my 1st purchase. I had already bought Hayward 2 speed pump and DE filter. DE is for the clearest water ever. I never messed w or tried the pumps or filters that came with. I've bought 3 intex pools just for a new liner because I wanted new equipment to replace sun worn stuff as well. The cost of a liner is almost cost of whole pool. It says the legs are not steel tho??? NO WAY! MY FIRST POOL'S LEGS WERE THICK AND STURDY AS EVER. After first pool cheap legs started coming when I'd order same pool. Metal but white and narrow. Now I know!! Keep my very first legs!!!!! They are gray tho so I'm already not happy. Pool is unopened in boxes outside. You're all scaring me w your reviews!!! Im thinking Coleman would have been better choice for wicker look. Just pricey. Rethinking this pool b4 I open it!! I learn something new every year. 13 years I've had a pool. I'm 65 and female and always put up or maintained myself.

Company's name is a misnomer; should be WorstWay!
We spent hours setting this up, and when we started filling it, it leaked!! Okay, simply file a warranty claim and get a new liner. WRONG!! I had to submit a warranty claim 4 TIMES. "We need a 'this', we need a 'that', or we'll get back to you." The pool company's name is a misnomer!!. Not Bestway, but WORSTWAY. If I get one more email asking for more information, it's going back to Sam's Club for a full refund.

Disappointed
The pool cover is too small and as the pool got half way full 3 of the poles are already bending.
