Purchased new, set up, within 3 days already leaking from the pump. At least we are getting our money back. You'd expect it to start having issues three months maybe or six months but just three days is absolutely a waste of money for water and time setting up for customers. We don't have any pets that could scratch or damage it or children no reason for a brand new pool too flood my yard .

Nice pool, awful instructions and no vacuum hose
We just got our pool set up, and it seems to be a nice pool. The problem is that the instructions were awful, not clear at all. Many important details were not even mentioned, and almost everything is just diagrams without words or indications of what parts are being used. Just really bad instructions. Also, the pool comes with a vacuum, but there are NO instructions for how to use it and NO hose to hook it up anywhere. So I have no idea how to even use it, which pretty much makes it useless. The pool ladder is also not very sturdy at all.

Ok, for the price.
Was able to set it up by myself. There were no instructions that I could find but was able to wing it. After putting the pool together, I started assembling all of the hoses and pump. After I finished, I found the bag that had the gaskets in it for all of the hose connections. After filling it, I turned the pump on but could not get any pressure and heard some clanking in the pump. I debated on calling support but decided to just take the pump apart myself and see what was happening. The impeller had fallen off somehow, so I fixed that and put it back together. Everything has been running fine since. Really easy to put together, even by yourself. quality assurance could be a bit better with instructions and not having to fix the pump by putting the impeller back on the shaft of the motor myself. I have no issues with leaks or anything like that, some that do, may have forgot to put the rubber gaskets in for all of the connections. Even with my minor hiccups, if I had to buy it again, I would.

Missing part
Was so excited to get this pool. FINALLY got the ground leveled and the pool almost up to find that the pool is missing 1 top rail. The pool is sold out everywhere and the parts are sold out everywhere. Filed a claim and got a message saying it would be 3-5 business days before we would hear anything. Extremely disappointed.

Company's name is a misnomer; should be WorstWay!
We spent hours setting this up, and when we started filling it, it leaked!! Okay, simply file a warranty claim and get a new liner. WRONG!! I had to submit a warranty claim 4 TIMES. "We need a 'this', we need a 'that', or we'll get back to you." The pool company's name is a misnomer!!. Not Bestway, but WORSTWAY. If I get one more email asking for more information, it's going back to Sam's Club for a full refund.

Things u must consider
I just replaced my Intex pool that was GREAT by the way. I need the wicker look. After reading alot of your comments, 2 things: the pump and filter that comes w pools is NEVER big enuf. I read alot b4 my 1st purchase. I had already bought Hayward 2 speed pump and DE filter. DE is for the clearest water ever. I never messed w or tried the pumps or filters that came with. I've bought 3 intex pools just for a new liner because I wanted new equipment to replace sun worn stuff as well. The cost of a liner is almost cost of whole pool. It says the legs are not steel tho??? NO WAY! MY FIRST POOL'S LEGS WERE THICK AND STURDY AS EVER. After first pool cheap legs started coming when I'd order same pool. Metal but white and narrow. Now I know!! Keep my very first legs!!!!! They are gray tho so I'm already not happy. Pool is unopened in boxes outside. You're all scaring me w your reviews!!! Im thinking Coleman would have been better choice for wicker look. Just pricey. Rethinking this pool b4 I open it!! I learn something new every year. 13 years I've had a pool. I'm 65 and female and always put up or maintained myself.

I don't know what else to do. I ordered this and it was delivered. I returned it because I changed my mind. FedEx pick up BOTH boxes. Both the delivery and the service were excellent. FedEx returned one box (out of 2) later that week, stating they did not have a slip for "this" box, and I had to call Sam's or Bestway to arrange for its return. There is no contact number that I can find for Bestway and I talked with Sams, who referred me to their online return people. I spoke to a very friendly representative from Taiwan (I think). I was supposed to receive instructions on what to do next. I have not received anything. This was 6 days ago. Meanwhile, I have a big paperweight sitting on my porch. BTW, I did get fully refunded the very next day. Please advise as to what I do next,
