Both boxes came damaged, delivered on different days. Not sure of product as it has not been set up yet. Hopefully all parts are in box.

Wrong size

This is my third Bestway Pool. I like the pool, however, this last pool I bought at Sam's Club the Box said 18 ft diameter. The pool in the box was only 16 ft diameter.

So far so good

So far we are loving this pool! Ground prep takes a minute but its so important. We had it delivered this saturday and it was up 20 minutes later. No leaks filter runs good. We are very pleased so far

poor quality. it's great the first year but after time it just doesn't hold up. Had an intex for 15 years before this and this one unfortunately only lasted 3 yrs. Color starts to fade also.

Almost one full year of owning heavy wind bend the top rail. Tried to return and was told it’s not eligible because it was used. And only is eligible for return if it’s bad in box.

Not great in high temps

The pool itself was great, until the heat wave came through and softened the metal poles, the weight of the pool in turn bent the center of 2 of our top poles.
