You are getting what you pay for with this item, this was our 1st ever pool so if you don't know what your doing your in for it . Ours came with a fully broken filter that even a professional pool guy looked at and said it's broken. It also came with most of the beams bent and cracks already in the plastic. This was a huge bummer considering we had to buy $400 worth of water to put it in the pool for it just to not ever work. I will NEVER buy this again , save your money and just invest in to a nicer one

I bought this pool as a replaceement for my Intex that I though had sprung a leak. The filter runs great. Ran it 24hrs a day for 4 months with no issues and no algae issues. The liner is slightly cheaper quality than the INTEX PRISM but lasted the season without issue. The only real issue was the sturdiness of the leg supports. The pool swayed more than an Intex would. Overall i was satisfied with the purchase for the money.

We just finished setting up and filling this above ground pool, and while we haven’t had a chance to swim in it yet or run the pump, I wanted to share our initial experience with the setup and overall package. Setup Experience: It took about 2 hours with two people to get everything assembled and filled. The frame and liner seem sturdy, and once we got going, the process moved pretty smoothly. The biggest frustration was the instructions—they were mostly small, unclear diagrams with very little written guidance or part labeling. We ended up figuring it out with some trial and error (and help from a few online videos). Pros: Very reasonable price for what’s included. Comes with a filter pump, ladder, and cover. Frame and liner feel durable and well-made. Cons: Instructions are vague and not beginner-friendly. Parts weren’t clearly labeled, which added time to the setup. Included cover is thin and doesn’t secure tightly. No cleaning chemicals, thermometer, or starter kit included Other Notes: We haven't used the pool yet, and at the time of this review, we haven't turned on the pump—so I can’t speak to performance just yet. But from a setup and value standpoint, it looks promising. We’re looking forward to our first swim and will update if anything changes! Initial Verdict: If you're willing to work through the unclear instructions and invest in a few extras (like chemicals and a better cover), this pool seems like a solid buy. Great value for the price so far.

The kids and I were able to set up the pool without my husband's help, since no tools are necessary for set up or take down. Bestway is a leader in above ground pools, portable spas, and outdoor products, so we know this pool is built to last! We're excited to have a MUCH longer swim season than the local public pools, so if you're looking for us... we'll be in the pool!

I purchased the pool in February and set everything up last week of May. I took us a few days to get everything level and full, the liner was noticeable thinner than the walls which is a concern for the future. The pump was finally hooked up but there is something wrong with the hosing that it's not able to pump water through. I contacted sams and all they offered was for me to break down and return the whole kit. This is upsetting after filling the pool for days to get almost 5,500 gallons of water, breaking down the pool to return a faulty filter is not an easy task.

I loved this pool for about 3 weeks. Then, the headache kicked in. First, it arrived with a pinhole leak. When contacting Bestway, they said the product needed to be registered first. The Bestway website (even 2 months later) still won't allow me to register the pool and phone customer service isn't helpful. Secondly, keeping this pool clean will cost you hundreds of dollars per month. The filter it comes with isn't strong. Most pool companies I contacted wouldn't not even service ANY above ground pool.

Trying everything to put the cover on. Have ropes going across the pool. It's impossible to do it yourself. 2 days I've tried and it's nothing but a headache. They need to do something about it . The pool Was easy to set up I did it by myself. Only time will tell how it holds up.

Purchased this pool after paying a landscaping company to come in and level ground. Put the pool together, filled it up and within 1 week, 11 out of the 18 top rails are kinked and bending. It's only a matter of time before they snap completely and the pool collapses. Additionally, some of the legs are already bowing and bending. This pool frame is complete junk.
