Liner fas bad seam at bottom of liner in multiple places. BESTWAY website for registration and warranty is a joke. Seems impossible to reach them. Will continue to try.

I gave the item 3 stars overall. The setup and instructions are easy to follow. However, the equipment that is provided in the package is not adequate. need 16 inch sand filter skimmer auto bot vacuum and water fall for return hose

Cheap made,no skimmer basket, no way to install one. The frame bent when the water level got high. Never really filled it to the top.Used maybe a month and took down.Definitely not worth it.

I only had the pool for 2 months so far. And 2 of the loops have already ripped. Now I cant put water in it or the other loops will rip. This was a waste of my money

Bought this pool last year. We're very pleased with it. Water stayed crystal clear with the pump that it came with. We upgraded the ladder. Would definitely buy again. Looking forward to this summer ☀️

I bought this pool as a replaceement for my Intex that I though had sprung a leak. The filter runs great. Ran it 24hrs a day for 4 months with no issues and no algae issues. The liner is slightly cheaper quality than the INTEX PRISM but lasted the season without issue. The only real issue was the sturdiness of the leg supports. The pool swayed more than an Intex would. Overall i was satisfied with the purchase for the money.

In less than a year, we have significant rust on the frame as well as the ladder. Our water remained well balanced, and pool has been clear all year. I am very disappointed in the quality of this frame. We had above ground pools in the past that only got a spec here and there over the spam of several years. Definitely not rust resistant as it advertises to be.

We just finished setting up and filling this above ground pool, and while we haven’t had a chance to swim in it yet or run the pump, I wanted to share our initial experience with the setup and overall package. Setup Experience: It took about 2 hours with two people to get everything assembled and filled. The frame and liner seem sturdy, and once we got going, the process moved pretty smoothly. The biggest frustration was the instructions—they were mostly small, unclear diagrams with very little written guidance or part labeling. We ended up figuring it out with some trial and error (and help from a few online videos). Pros: Very reasonable price for what’s included. Comes with a filter pump, ladder, and cover. Frame and liner feel durable and well-made. Cons: Instructions are vague and not beginner-friendly. Parts weren’t clearly labeled, which added time to the setup. Included cover is thin and doesn’t secure tightly. No cleaning chemicals, thermometer, or starter kit included Other Notes: We haven't used the pool yet, and at the time of this review, we haven't turned on the pump—so I can’t speak to performance just yet. But from a setup and value standpoint, it looks promising. We’re looking forward to our first swim and will update if anything changes! Initial Verdict: If you're willing to work through the unclear instructions and invest in a few extras (like chemicals and a better cover), this pool seems like a solid buy. Great value for the price so far.

After researching pools I didnt want to spend $1000..I bought this pool finally..It takes days to set this up because the ground has to be prepped..10hrs..It took 15min to unpack and 1 hr to set up..3 days to fill due to well water..It is such a joy..If it falls apart I feel for the price Im ok with it..Why spend more when you have so much to buy having a pool..Electric..chemicals..pool toys and decor..Hope this helps..enjoy

You are getting what you pay for with this item, this was our 1st ever pool so if you don't know what your doing your in for it . Ours came with a fully broken filter that even a professional pool guy looked at and said it's broken. It also came with most of the beams bent and cracks already in the plastic. This was a huge bummer considering we had to buy $400 worth of water to put it in the pool for it just to not ever work. I will NEVER buy this again , save your money and just invest in to a nicer one
