Arrived without the frame

I have a crew of people at my home to set this pool up. I ordered online and had it shipped to my home. Opened the box to find out they did not send me the frame!!!!

Horrible purchase

I just set this up yesterday and there were no instructions. The pump doesn't sit on its stand right because of the hose. My hoses are leaking at every connection. The pool has tiny holes all around it.

Does not last!

We used the pool less than a few months before it started leaking around the windows. We sealed them. We went to uncover and prepare it for the summer a week ago and the pool has ripped where the water comes back into the pool.

NO POOL COVER

IT SAYS IN THE DESCRIPTION THAT THIS POOL COME WITH A COVER AND THAT IS NOT TRUE. I DID NOT RECEIVE A COVER WITH MY POOL "The set also includes a ladder and a pool cover."

Not great in high temps

The pool itself was great, until the heat wave came through and softened the metal poles, the weight of the pool in turn bent the center of 2 of our top poles.

Perfect depth for our 6 year old

We bought this and set it up about a month ago. We love it. However there were no instructions for the ladder or how to use the vacuum. Still have not figured out the vacuum.

Just NO

Before getting the pool I had someone dig, flatten, sandand level, after installing pool and filled it completely with water the next day I noticed its leaking. I checked the pump etc and everything is intact. It's the liner leaking 😡

Great pool worthless pump

Everything is great about this, but the electronics in the pool pump motor are garbage. As many others with less than 50hrs of use the pump is seizing up, humming, have to turn off and on, bang on it. Sad because it works well when not failing.

Pool pump

I have had the pool just one year and the pump quit working. I'm very disappointed. However the pool itself is great. I really enjoyed it before the pump quit. Only had a year warranty to and it lasted one year and one month.
