I bought this pool from Sam's Club on May 15th, 2025 and due to the constant raining, it wasn't installed until June 20th, 2025 and filled on June 21st. The name is incorrect, "Power Steel"? There's no steel and rather the top rail is plastic along with the supports. After 4 days, my husband getting into the pool from the ladder stepped on the top rail and cracked it. The pump has never worked on the "Play mode" and only works on recirculating. The problem is the control valve is very loose and doesn't make contact. The gauge is broke too. I need help!

I ordered a pool and paid someone to level my back yard and put the pool up.(Only to see that the seem on the bottom of the liner was leaking) Had to pay someone to drain and disassemble and had to pay someone else to reput up the replacement that they sent me...instead of buying the pool for Sam's price I had to Dish out another 600 to get the replacement up...

We bought this pool June 11, 2025. It is now July 11, 2025. It has been set up 3 weeks. And we have a leak, its coming apart at the base along the seams. We wirked our butts off for 2 weeks getting everything clean, prepared and ready. I love having a pool. But unhappy that now we have to take this one down to return it. In the middle of summer!!!! I guess you get what you pay for, thats why its so iexpensive.

I just replaced my Intex pool that was GREAT by the way. I need the wicker look. After reading alot of your comments, 2 things: the pump and filter that comes w pools is NEVER big enuf. I read alot b4 my 1st purchase. I had already bought Hayward 2 speed pump and DE filter. DE is for the clearest water ever. I never messed w or tried the pumps or filters that came with. I've bought 3 intex pools just for a new liner because I wanted new equipment to replace sun worn stuff as well. The cost of a liner is almost cost of whole pool. It says the legs are not steel tho??? NO WAY! MY FIRST POOL'S LEGS WERE THICK AND STURDY AS EVER. After first pool cheap legs started coming when I'd order same pool. Metal but white and narrow. Now I know!! Keep my very first legs!!!!! They are gray tho so I'm already not happy. Pool is unopened in boxes outside. You're all scaring me w your reviews!!! Im thinking Coleman would have been better choice for wicker look. Just pricey. Rethinking this pool b4 I open it!! I learn something new every year. 13 years I've had a pool. I'm 65 and female and always put up or maintained myself.

Filter pump broke within the first two weeks. Instructions for pool pump are terrible. They include filter balls in teh kit with no instructions whatsoever on how to use them or how often to clean them. The instructions only mention using sand in the sand filter. Yet they include filter balls to use in the kit. I had to download instructions from teh Bestway website and i followed them to the T. Yet pump still broke within the first two weeks. Their tech support is terrible. No number to call. Only allow you to leave your information and someone will call you back when they are available.

Bought this pool expecting to just put it up, fill it up and play. Nope. First the instructions are just a series of pictures and the ladder and pump had no instructions for assembly. But the one thing that did stand out was the 0 degree slope difference required for the pool. Thus the pool had to be completely level all around. We worked for days tilling, raking, spreading dirt. We used a level and a 20 ft board for leveling. Thought we had it, especially after a rain packed it down. Nope. After filling one side has about 1 1/2 inch difference. Second. This is a one piece unit with plastic top and support rails. It was somewhat windy the day we put it together and it blew all over while we tried to fill it. To keep it as in place as possible my husband tied rope to the support rails and anchored them into the ground till we had enough water in the pool to keep it in place. Although all did not go smoothly I feel I got a pretty good deal for my money. We definitely enjoy the pool. I must also warn other consumers to be note that the pool does not come with a a water test kit or required chemicals. The skimmer doesn’t skim debris off the top. The ladder is not made for heavier people. But I bought this for my grandkids believing it to be one of the hottest summers yet so I’m very pleased. However I don’t expect for it to last long as it’s nothing but a reinforced liner with plastic rails.

I am sure this pool would be super nice if it had not been for the way I received it. It was left in the middle of my driveway in the pouring rain. The box was all damaged and super wet. It would have been simple for it to be dropped off on my porch since you can back right up to it. It was going to be a gift. I just hope there is no damage when its time to set it up.
