Not bad for the Money. You get what you pay for.
The Pool itself is not bad. The Instructions, on the other hand, are HORRENDOUS!!!!!!! I bought this in Sam's Club, and the instructions in the box were for a European model, according to the Customer service person I talked to. The description states a 1500 gal Sand filter but wait, they supply these Polysphere balls in 2 bags, and you don't know how much to add since there is no size on the bag, and the instructions state to use 0.06 lbs of Polysphere balls. Customer service was not sure either, but they just said to put in as much to the line. The videos for the Flowmaster filter show parts that are NOT for the USA version. The Vaccum does not come with a connection tube or attachment to the filter, and there are no instructions for using it. The Vaccum has a quick connect fitting, the USA version does not use this feature. I upgraded the ladder to a more stable one. I would have given this a higher rating, but the instruction were THAT bad.

Broken pump
Filter is broken. Finally got someone to help put it up and the filter is broken. It won’t turn on. Finding this out after basically filling it with so much money in water is awful. Would be lovely to be able to send it in for service so I didn’t just waste so much money.

Worst pool ever!
I highly do NOT recommend this pool. We have had several pools throughout the years, but this is hands down the worst! Some of the upright poles and the support poles along the top rusted all the way through, and it began developing pin holes in the liner for no reason. We will never own this brand again!

Awesome - the perfect summer purchase!
I bought this as a surprise for my family last year. Two adults had it up and filling within one day. We did purchase 2 - 3 tons of sand for under the pool. We also watched numerous videos on how to ensure that the pool is level while setting it up. That was extremely helpful in the set up process! I can't say enough positive things about this pool! It truly was an awesome purchase! If it holds up to my rowdy crew, it definitely gets a 5+ star review. The ladder could be improved to hold the weight of a "larger adult". The shipment (2 huge, heavy boxes) was a bit difficult for me ( a 150# female) to get into the garage after delivery. Those are the only 2 less than stellar comments I have about this pool. I did buy an upgrade for the filter/pump - something larger because of the constant use all summer long. I would 100 percent recommend buying this pool to anyone! I was disappointed that - had I waited to make the purchase - I could have bought it for the sale price instead! Thanks Sam's Club for carrying quality products at affordable prices for your members!

Customer Service does not exist
Bought this pool on 2/17 and been trying to submit a warranty claim through the bestway website. It is an endless broken loop so you can't submit a warranty claim. My pump was broken outside of the box... it's a $188 pump and I cannot get a replacment. Please avoid this brand so you don't end up like me. Gonna have to buy a new pump..

I ordered a pool and paid someone to level my back yard and put the pool up.(Only to see that the seem on the bottom of the liner was leaking) Had to pay someone to drain and disassemble and had to pay someone else to reput up the replacement that they sent me...instead of buying the pool for Sam's price I had to Dish out another 600 to get the replacement up...

Think about it before you buy it.
I have owned several different above-ground pools like this one for over 25 years from various companies and never had an issue with the pool frame or lining in under 5 years. I bought this pool last summer, and I was happy with it. I winterized the pool like I have with every other pool I have owned like this. Last month, I noticed that the intake valve area around the hole tore, and the pool has a 4-foot tear horizontally after 8 months of ownership. I am 2 months over the warranty for what is a manufacturing issue, so no replacement. I do plan on getting another one, probably from a different manufacturer. If you want a pool to last one summer, this is the pool. The pump cost is worth the price of the pool, so I don't regret the purchase. However, I do regret not reading the reviews before I bought it. I see this issue has happened with other people.

Leak in brand new pool
We were so excited about this pool. We prepped the ground made it level and everything. We set the pool up yesterday and it was pretty easy. The instructions could be better but overall not terrible. However after we had about a foot of water in the pool we noticed water coming from underneath. We can’t seem to locate where a hole or tear is but there’s clearly a leak in a brand new out of box pool. I tried calling Bestway customer service this morning and no answer for almost 30 min. Not sure what to do at this point but extremely frustrated

Good value
Nice pool for the price. It is a cheap filter with cheap hoses and connectors, but that should be expected with the price. It DOES require tools, paver stones, and more than 30 minutes to get up and going. About 30 minutes to stand the pool another hour to get it all set and filter hooked up. The instructions are complete crap... All in all, good pool for the money, just plan a full day and be patient. Cold beer helps... Just sayin'

short life span
Our 20' x 48" pool was delivered April 24, 2022. The posts and rails are so rusted they are about to collapse after only 2 years. We always have this problem with above-ground pools. I don't understand why they don't use some type of strong pvc instead of quickly corroding metal.
