The pools instructions are lacking, for lack of a better word. The cover is NOT even the correct size for the pool that it came with. We are in the process of setting it up and the pump needs to be a higher powered pump to do the job. Plus the poles would not stay secured while the pool was filling up. Just lacking all the way around.

Used this pool for three months and took very good care of it following all directions and went above and beyond to ensure the liner did not weather or get any holes in it. I started filling it the other day and realized the poles are already rusting and I got about an inch of water in it before realizing it is leaking somewhere. I have tried to use food coloring to figure out where from but I cannot figure out where it is leaking. It is no longer under warranty even though the actual usage is less than 180 days. To replace the liner is $200 more than I paid for the whole pool. The description says the liner is durable for guarenteed use year after year. This is false advertising because I did nothing to damage the liner and wasted money on a pool that provided a couple months of fun. Also beware that the pool comes with no skimmer meaning you have to purchase one if you want any sort of filtration. Extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Great pool

I ordered a pool and paid someone to level my back yard and put the pool up.(Only to see that the seem on the bottom of the liner was leaking) Had to pay someone to drain and disassemble and had to pay someone else to reput up the replacement that they sent me...instead of buying the pool for Sam's price I had to Dish out another 600 to get the replacement up...

My apologies if my review is longer than anyone else. Please consider that you will fill this pool up( water bill) and fix the hole because this pool is no good! Already! You already spend money to purchase the pool chemicals and did plumbing! Not the first timer for overground pool. I personally fixed the first leak when I just put it down because it was easy to fix … it was on the side, we had many over ground pools. But when then top part from liner was not strong enough and started to break off before the pool was full ( with water intake sufficient with what pool company is stated and yes pool was level up as stated as well) So I call Sams representative for help who was promised that someone will help me to take it apart and help me to ship it back… but Got email instead that i have to deliver it to closest Fed Ex to send it back with no help that I have been promised ( just put your imagination how can you fit the wet liner in the box? ) i purchased Sam’s membership this year just to afford the pool for my kids for this summer ( because it was cheaper and it was Trusted ) and look what iI stocked with? Only two options return and get money back or replacement? Just send me a new liner because it was Broken! I DO NOT recommend this pool, please go with another pool company… with economy like this iI tried make my kids summer great and got me waisted money to a product like this! I put My Trust to a Sam’s Club . Sam’s you Do need to Do better! Please Don’t waste your time or your money on this product period! By the way no one was helped as your representative promised ( please listen my call when your representative was promised that someone will be helping me and they will take it apart for me) it should be recorded as you stated) this pool liner will not fit in the box to ship it back to you Sam’s . So you lost me with your promises. Waste money and time !!!

My family is so happy with this pool!!! The pool itself is pretty easy to set up. My husband and I did it in no time. The sand filter pump was the best possible upgrade to this pool they could have done and we are beyond set for the summer and hopefully summers to come!!!

The most cheapest built pool i have ever seen my 6 year old was holding onto the side and the pipe bent emailed the company still no answer ladder is also cheaply made fell apart in day 2 and yes was assembled acording to the book please avaid this company if u plan to purchase a item worth the money

We got this pool on sale for $399 and was really excited that it came with everything needed for the pool and maintenance, of course with the exception of the chemicals. Set up was really easy and fast once we had the ground properly prepped and level. Great size pool for our kids, ages 5 to 12. Plenty of room for them all to be in there having fun. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Filter Pump setup was also pretty easy. Was a little confused by the polysphere balls, but a quick visit to the website shows to put both included bags into the filter. We also got an Intex over the door edge skimmer which works great for this pool size. Our kids along with the neighbor kids play pretty rough in the pool and it's doing fine handling them. We don't allow sitting or standing on the top-rail, which it says in the instructions. So far so good on keeping it clear. We follow all the chemical instructions after testing the water and it's working. For those people giving 1 star for their dirty water, it's your water, not the pool. I can see us having this pool for a few years at least, so it's well worth the money. Our family and neighbors are very happy with this pool.

Bought this pool on 2/17 and been trying to submit a warranty claim through the bestway website. It is an endless broken loop so you can't submit a warranty claim. My pump was broken outside of the box... it's a $188 pump and I cannot get a replacment. Please avoid this brand so you don't end up like me. Gonna have to buy a new pump..
