WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
Imagine the following scenario: 1) You have the pool frame ready. 2) You fill it to the top with water. (Took me 72 hours and 500 dollars) 3) You are getting the sand filter pump ready. 4) You realize the pump doesn't work. 5) You try to call Bestway but can't find their phone number. (The phone number in the paper they gave me to set up the pool didn't work and Sam's Club is refrained from giving me their phone number!) 6) The Sam's Club representative tells you to return the whole thing to get a replacement. (Literally telling you to waste 500 dollars of water and all that time it took to set the pool up). 7) Now you have to figure out how to fix a pump OR it goes to the dump. Then go buy another one. In conclusion, you better make sure where you spend your money wisely and not put it in Bestway's hands.

My opinion on this pool
Unlike other reviews we did not have any issues with leaks. Our pool has been up for a week now and the only issue is the filter. We may change it to sand to see if that will help with the brown tint from the well water. The latter is cheap and scary but it works and I would recommend getting a different vacuum as the one that comes with it is just a crummy piece of plastic. We too used YouTube to put up the pool and assemble the filter. I do recommend this pool . We would buy it again.

Not worth the money!
Pool does not have a filter/skimmer basket so it has to be cleaned constantly. The pump doesn't have sufficient amperage to keep water moving so dirt/algae are an issue. We upgraded to a larger pump and still did not have success keeping it clean (yes, we treated it chemically and they're aren't any trees near the pool that would cause excess pollen). Very disappointing as the size of the pool is great for swimming.

Coleman pool
We bought this pool 2 years in a row. Last year was great untill we folded it up for winter and our dog chewed the liner. This year we ordered it again got it all set up and filled 6,100 GALLONS AND IT HAS A PINHOLE LEAK SOMEWHERE IN THE BOTTOM. I don't even know what to do at this point.

Dont waste your money
The most cheapest built pool i have ever seen my 6 year old was holding onto the side and the pipe bent emailed the company still no answer ladder is also cheaply made fell apart in day 2 and yes was assembled acording to the book please avaid this company if u plan to purchase a item worth the money

Think about it before you buy it.
I have owned several different above-ground pools like this one for over 25 years from various companies and never had an issue with the pool frame or lining in under 5 years. I bought this pool last summer, and I was happy with it. I winterized the pool like I have with every other pool I have owned like this. Last month, I noticed that the intake valve area around the hole tore, and the pool has a 4-foot tear horizontally after 8 months of ownership. I am 2 months over the warranty for what is a manufacturing issue, so no replacement. I do plan on getting another one, probably from a different manufacturer. If you want a pool to last one summer, this is the pool. The pump cost is worth the price of the pool, so I don't regret the purchase. However, I do regret not reading the reviews before I bought it. I see this issue has happened with other people.

Extremely disappointed
Used this pool for three months and took very good care of it following all directions and went above and beyond to ensure the liner did not weather or get any holes in it. I started filling it the other day and realized the poles are already rusting and I got about an inch of water in it before realizing it is leaking somewhere. I have tried to use food coloring to figure out where from but I cannot figure out where it is leaking. It is no longer under warranty even though the actual usage is less than 180 days. To replace the liner is $200 more than I paid for the whole pool. The description says the liner is durable for guarenteed use year after year. This is false advertising because I did nothing to damage the liner and wasted money on a pool that provided a couple months of fun. Also beware that the pool comes with no skimmer meaning you have to purchase one if you want any sort of filtration. Extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Frame rusted in one year.
We purchased our pool less than a year ago. And several of the supports and cross bars are rusted out. We will not be able to use this pool again this year. Now when it was up and working it was fine, but I think we should have gotten more than one year before it was this rusted out.

We moved in to help care for my father in law and we know that we are not going to be taking any more trips anytime soon so we purchased a pool to keep our kids busy. In less than 24 hours a pole was broken…our sons pretty rough so we blamed him for possibly kicking off of it……he swore he didn’t, but the way it was bent there was no other explanation…we drained the pool and ordered a replacement pole….yesterday our girls were in it and heard a weird noise….another pole completely bent….we refuse to spend another $46 and drain and refill it again….. our water bill’s already going to be high! Do not recommend this pool at all…..
