Do not spend your money

I bought this 4 months ago. The instructions are useless. We had to use UTUBE to put it together, and also use utube to get the filters going. We never could get the filter to keep up with the algae growth. We will never purchase another pool from this company

Decent pool...bit has its problems

Purchased for 450...I have purchased several pools in the past so I have experience with this type....first off the liner and poles are decent enough...that's about where it ends ..the so called sand filter pump is a joke...go ahead and purchase an upgrade before you ever begin...the return has a straight non adjustable cover....that is another item you will have to buy ...the dual suction port tee has no shut off valve so you will have to purchase....it's just a cheap pool so lower your expectations and you won't be disappointed

Good pool

I waited until we used this pool for a full season before making a review. And we love it. It's a great size. Easy enough to set up and use. We take it down in the winter and set it up late spring. Pump is pretty straightforward and seems to be efficient. It's not terribly loud either. I recommend it.

no directions in box

the manuals were not in the box and I have tried contacting bestway and nothing, my ground is ready to put the pool and filter together and no directions were in the box.. .. Help.. I have called the number they give and still nothing. left message with the contact page and still nothing.

Only worth it for the Pump

We purchased this pool on May 15th, im writing this on May 30th. The pool has been used MAYBE 5 times since putting it up. Set up was easy, but thats about it. The pump was kind of complicated and needed better clarification on where the parts go as far as assembly of the pump. As of last week one of the vertical legs bent and we havent been able to use it due to worry of it tearing the liner. I put in a warranty claim through the manufacturer and they are sending a replacement so thats fine. But today while i was out cleaning the bugs out i noticed a small tear in the side of the liner thats leaking. So i looked around and there are MULTIPLE small tears all of them leaking. I filed a warranty claim on these as well, but havent heard back yet. Dont waste your money on this!! I purchased this on the 15th but set it up on the 20th. We didnt get to swim until the 22nd due to issues with the pump leaking.
