Nice pool for the money

Nice pool but base has to be completely level and poles need to be supported well on patio blocks because pool does shift if not level. For a small sized filter it does clean the pool, I suggest a better vacuum and a better ladder. But all in all it is a great value at the price.

Sams club Prompt delivery

Everything was perfect. My delivery was on time. The only problem i have, and has nothing to do with sam club. To put the item together directions. I have no idea how to put the pump together. Reading it you would have to be Einstein, and i am not him. Also they don't give a telephone number so i could speak to someone at bestway pools. Otherwise sams club is the BEST.

Love this pool! Easy to setup and comes with everything you need. The only critique I can give is the ladder does not have a top platform, which makes it a little awkward getting in and out. But give the great price I got this pool for, I was fine with buying a different ladder.

Pump was junk

Purchased online . The pool is great but the pump didn’t circulate. Called to get a replacement pump and was told I could only get an entire new pool or take money off the purchase. Two days later an entire new pool arrives and we swapped the pump and now it works great. Lots of wasted shipping. Could of had a much easier fix.

Great for cost! Only issue I have seen is that the connector pieces around the frame are plastic, the bars that go around the pool frame to make the circle are weaker than what we are used to. Other than that, it's been great for the kids. We're extremely thankful to find one for such a low cost.

Worth every penny and a great family time

Worth every penny, family and friends enjoyed the pool especially during the hot summer days east to put together just make sure you level the ground before setting up and I put two 20 x 20 heavy duty tarps to prevent any puncture from below and give a nice smooth feel while working in the pool

Great pool

This pool is great. Very easy to put together, great size, and great quality. Make sure your yard is FLAT. We made the mistake of just assuming ours was flat, and only discovering afterwards that it was in fact not as flat as we thought. We had to drain the whole thing, move the pool, put a bunch of sand down and then start all over. Definitely a giant hassle, but that’s not the pools fault.

Good pool but they use symbols instead of letterin

The pools worked well all summer. The only complaint that I have about the pool is that they use symbols all over the filter pump instead of letters. Good luck figuring out the symbols without having to google them. It is quite infuriating when it comes time to take the pool down and when it is time to assemble the pump. I'm taking 2 stars off for this dumb decision. They could at least include stickers that one could put on the pump with lettering for the functions.

Needs better directions!!

The directions are horrible! The directions have no words only pictures. Which made for a much harder time then if there had been explanations with the pictures. The pool does not come with a ground cover or skimmer which are things all of my previous index pools came with.
