Great for cost! Only issue I have seen is that the connector pieces around the frame are plastic, the bars that go around the pool frame to make the circle are weaker than what we are used to. Other than that, it's been great for the kids. We're extremely thankful to find one for such a low cost.

LOVE THIS POOL

Set-up wasn’t bad (more than 30 minutes that box said it would take). We took longer to make sense of the instructions. They were lacking more info and pictures were tiny (and several loose pages). It’s very important to make sure ground is level. Beautiful pool when it’s done. Love the sand filter balls instead of sand or filter cartridges.

Love this pool! Easy to setup and comes with everything you need. The only critique I can give is the ladder does not have a top platform, which makes it a little awkward getting in and out. But give the great price I got this pool for, I was fine with buying a different ladder.

Worth every penny and a great family time

Worth every penny, family and friends enjoyed the pool especially during the hot summer days east to put together just make sure you level the ground before setting up and I put two 20 x 20 heavy duty tarps to prevent any puncture from below and give a nice smooth feel while working in the pool

Sams club Prompt delivery

Everything was perfect. My delivery was on time. The only problem i have, and has nothing to do with sam club. To put the item together directions. I have no idea how to put the pump together. Reading it you would have to be Einstein, and i am not him. Also they don't give a telephone number so i could speak to someone at bestway pools. Otherwise sams club is the BEST.

Great price, nice size!

The size of the pool is great. I purchased while it was on sale for around $390. The only issue I have is the instructions are not helpful at all. We had to watch several YouTube videos for putting most of it together. Also the pool cover doesn’t fit. Make sure your yard is leveled as well. Stepping stones alone will not do the job!

This 18 foot pool is a great bargain at Sam’s Club $400 plus tax. This was by far the best price we found. It is easy for two people to set up and comes with everything you need, including the pool cover. We’ve been swimming in it for a month now and it seems to be of good quality and we’ve had no problems at all.

A big bang for your bucks!!

I think it’s a great pool, that has everything included for the price, it’s a really good size, I bought a saltwater generator to hook up with the sand filter that comes with it and turned it into a saltwater pool, and we love it! , you definitely need a couple of people to help you to put up, the instructions is not that great, it’s pretty simple to figure it out, got it up in a couple of hours, now the long wait to fill the pool up with water, I didn’t care for the ladder that came with it, it worked till I got a better one, everyone is happy with the purchase and enjoying the pool now anytime right in our backyard

Needs better directions!!

The directions are horrible! The directions have no words only pictures. Which made for a much harder time then if there had been explanations with the pictures. The pool does not come with a ground cover or skimmer which are things all of my previous index pools came with.

Pool is nice. The Instructions for the pump is terrible. Had to search online for the owners manual. Not sure how long the steps will hold up. Perfect for little kids but some of us thicker older folks..not so much. Looked into purchasing sturdier steps and they cost the same as the pool.
