We bought this pool 2 years in a row. Last year was great untill we folded it up for winter and our dog chewed the liner. This year we ordered it again got it all set up and filled 6,100 GALLONS AND IT HAS A PINHOLE LEAK SOMEWHERE IN THE BOTTOM. I don't even know what to do at this point.

My family is so happy with this pool!!! The pool itself is pretty easy to set up. My husband and I did it in no time. The sand filter pump was the best possible upgrade to this pool they could have done and we are beyond set for the summer and hopefully summers to come!!!

I bought this a few weeks back one of the boxes came all busted open the clear lid on the pump had a crack in it and the clamps that go on the hoses and the filter things that pop on inside the pool missing I don't recommend this pool we paid $540 after taxes and delivery not worth the headache or the money

I have owned several different above-ground pools like this one for over 25 years from various companies and never had an issue with the pool frame or lining in under 5 years. I bought this pool last summer, and I was happy with it. I winterized the pool like I have with every other pool I have owned like this. Last month, I noticed that the intake valve area around the hole tore, and the pool has a 4-foot tear horizontally after 8 months of ownership. I am 2 months over the warranty for what is a manufacturing issue, so no replacement. I do plan on getting another one, probably from a different manufacturer. If you want a pool to last one summer, this is the pool. The pump cost is worth the price of the pool, so I don't regret the purchase. However, I do regret not reading the reviews before I bought it. I see this issue has happened with other people.

I see some of the negative reviews on here about this pool. You cannot just take the pool out of the box, set it up, and expect it to perform as a pool. You have to take some time and prepare the ground for it. Level the ground, put some sand down as a base under the liner, and get some patio paver blocks for support under the legs. We did upgrade to a different locking ladder. The white fluffy balls worked for the first month, and then we replaced them with sand. Overall, I am very happy with this pool!

We bought this in 2023. Previously, we had an Intext pool that had lasted many summers. day 3 we noticed we had a bent pool leg. I've spent from May of 2023 till today trying to purchase a replacement pool leg. Bestway customer service is a joke. The replacement legs are out of stock and they cannot tell me when or if ever they will be in stock. The Intext pool overall is a much better pool. Pay for what you get I guess. I'm about ready to throw this one in the trash and start over.

We moved in to help care for my father in law and we know that we are not going to be taking any more trips anytime soon so we purchased a pool to keep our kids busy. In less than 24 hours a pole was broken…our sons pretty rough so we blamed him for possibly kicking off of it……he swore he didn’t, but the way it was bent there was no other explanation…we drained the pool and ordered a replacement pole….yesterday our girls were in it and heard a weird noise….another pole completely bent….we refuse to spend another $46 and drain and refill it again….. our water bill’s already going to be high! Do not recommend this pool at all…..

I just purchased this pool in Feb. and didn’t get it put together until March. We are now in May, and the frame is already rusting. I was so excited to be upgrading my smaller pool this year to something with more space now that our kids are a little older. As far as space, the size of the pool is perfect for us with lots of room. The pump does not however have about pressure to circulate it and will have to be replaced in a year to which will cost just about as much as I paid for the pool all together that came with the pump. The ladder did not feel stable so we replaced it with stairs. I will definitely do my research next time. I spent over $500 on this setup just for two months later to have all of these issues.

Bought this pool in July of 2023 and love it. The pump is better than I thought it would be. The cover is a great add-on. We attached it with clips to keep it place. It saves on choline and water evaporation. It keeps the leaves out. The ladder and accessories are adequate, but we have upgraded. No big deal. It's 103f plus, and the water temp is 90f. We bought a ground cover, and that is a recommendation I would suggest. Once we had level ground, it took all of 2 hours it set it up with water being added. We were swimming the next day.

The Pool itself is not bad. The Instructions, on the other hand, are HORRENDOUS!!!!!!! I bought this in Sam's Club, and the instructions in the box were for a European model, according to the Customer service person I talked to. The description states a 1500 gal Sand filter but wait, they supply these Polysphere balls in 2 bags, and you don't know how much to add since there is no size on the bag, and the instructions state to use 0.06 lbs of Polysphere balls. Customer service was not sure either, but they just said to put in as much to the line. The videos for the Flowmaster filter show parts that are NOT for the USA version. The Vaccum does not come with a connection tube or attachment to the filter, and there are no instructions for using it. The Vaccum has a quick connect fitting, the USA version does not use this feature. I upgraded the ladder to a more stable one. I would have given this a higher rating, but the instruction were THAT bad.
