This pool was super easy to install and the supports feel strong and well made for an above ground pool. The pins that lock the brackets into place are much better than any other above ground pool I've used and they are all in one with the connector pieces. And they include a cover which is amazing and so helpful.

The pool itself is a great product but my box came without a manual which made it a big struggle to set it all up and finding a manual online was impossible. when i had it all set up there was a part missing. I Still need the inlet strainer, which i havent been able to get. Really disappointed with all of this.

Bought memorial weekend and after approximately 2 weeks straight rain we finally were able to set it up and fill it only to discover the pump doesn't work at all, wont even power on. Now it's not seeming to easy to file a claim with the manufacturer to attempt getting a replacement, so we have currently have a $400 swamp sitting on our lawn.

The pool cover is falling apart and I only had the pool for about a month

Well made pool and easy set up

Decent for the price. First one lasted 2 summers. Replaced paper cartridge filtration with sand. Much better. If you have the desire, paint metal parts with Rust-Oleum type paint.

Never opened the box. Realized 18’ was going to be too big for our space so we returned it. I’m sure it was a great pool as we ordered a 16’ in the same brand it it’s great!

We got the pool set up had for a month and filter stopped working and somehow liner got a tear. We were refused a refund and had to pitch the pool as the tear couldn't be fixed. Waste of $$ poor customer service.

I highly do NOT recommend this pool. We have had several pools throughout the years, but this is hands down the worst! Some of the upright poles and the support poles along the top rusted all the way through, and it began developing pin holes in the liner for no reason. We will never own this brand again!
