I purchased this pool in preparation for summer. After assembling the pool and beginning to fill it with water, we discovered that an important component was missing. While all other items were included — such as the pool pump, ladder, and pool cover — the vacuum pool skimmer maintenance kit was not in the box. I contacted the store, and they advised me to come in so they could provide the missing item from another pool box. However, after opening two additional new pool boxes, they discovered that both were also missing the same maintenance kit. At that point, I was told that my only option was to return the pool for a refund, which was not ideal since I wanted to keep the pool and simply receive the missing component. I then contacted Sam's Club customer service directly to see if another solution could be provided. While I did eventually receive a partial refund to compensate for the missing item, it is still misleading for the packaging to advertise and display that the maintenance kit is included when, in multiple cases, it was not actually inside the box.

Purchased online . The pool is great but the pump didn’t circulate. Called to get a replacement pump and was told I could only get an entire new pool or take money off the purchase. Two days later an entire new pool arrives and we swapped the pump and now it works great. Lots of wasted shipping. Could of had a much easier fix.

We just received this pool yesterday. my husband got a load of sand to help make it level. We had it up and filling withing an hour or so. This pool is a lot larger than I thought it would be, and we are so happy with the purchase. We use to have a 14x42 pool, and I can honestly say, the 18×48 is much better! Go buy this pool right now!

Worth every penny, family and friends enjoyed the pool especially during the hot summer days east to put together just make sure you level the ground before setting up and I put two 20 x 20 heavy duty tarps to prevent any puncture from below and give a nice smooth feel while working in the pool

purchased may 2025. Took down at the end of the season stored in temperature controlled basement with no bugs, mice, etc. took the pool out, put up for the summer on insulation backing, and felt pool pad cover on top of that. there are multiple pin holes in this pool that were not there at the end of the season. Do yourself a favor and go for the intex pool. they are better made over all. I would say safe yourself the money because you will end up needing a new liner which is almost the same price as a new pool.

I got it all set up with the sand pump and the pump does not work. I have been on the chat site with "Ask the Expert" several times and tried all of the troubleshooting steps they instructed me to do. It runs, is primed, has no obstructions, has been backwashed, had the impellar checked, the black plugs are out, the inlet valve is in the open position. No water flows back to the pool.

After taking the time to insure all turf is cleared and fine sand used as a leveler for the yard space - the pool itself does assemble in a half hour using 3 people with some more time for pump and filter hose hookups. Initial use looks promising, unsure of longevity!

Pool was a great price, setting it up is easy but you need at least 4 people to help at it up. It's much bigger than i anticipated for my yard. The instructions are almost useless but the pictures can help you figure out what to do. Good bargain for a quick summer set up.

Love this pool! Easy to setup and comes with everything you need. The only critique I can give is the ladder does not have a top platform, which makes it a little awkward getting in and out. But give the great price I got this pool for, I was fine with buying a different ladder.

Not a bad temp type pool. We wanted to get a temp type pool setup before we decide to get a permanent style. For us the 18' is perfect, when we upgrade this has allowed us to decide we want a touch deeper pool. All in all with the filter upgrade and such this pool works great and stays clear. I highly recommend buying a skimmer add-on. The Intex skimmers do work JUST FINE.
