I bought this fridge for my new home. Although I like most of the fridge's features, I loathe this 4-door design. Half my items from big box stores don't fit in these narrow freezer spaces. And good luck if you've got a frozen pizza to put in there. What was Samsung thinking, not releasing a wide freezer drawer option? I had to buy a new freezer for the garage because of this thing's design.

Beverage zone has enough room to include a couple of drinks and bottles. The pitcher is a nice touch to make tea or fruit infused water! The freezer has enough room to fit a bunch of frozen goods and the option to use the other space as a fridge or freezer helps immensely. In love with the dual ice maker as I can use ice that fits the needs! Big ice for mixing drinks and small ice to keep my drink chilled for a while. The family hub also allows me to keep track of the filter and order it straight from the screen. It is like having a huge tablet attached to the fridge with many customization. Smarthings app allows me to turn on settings straight from the phone. I can let it know to make more ice, or send photos to have as background. I am able to fit so much food and drinks with ample space with the layout of the shelves. Overall an amazing amount of features and we cannot imagine life without it.

Freezer not working - 17day of buying direct from Samsung The worst customer service is from Samsung we regret buying directly from them rather than buying from Costco or Best Buy This refrigerator we got on NOv 4th and stopped working on Nov 20th we called customer service and they mentioned they can’t exchange . They ordered a part to be replaced and then we had to wait for it to get this fixed. I don’t understand how a brand new refrigerator is not working Highly disappointed after paying so much and buying directly from Samsung they where not willing to exchange as the entire part was faulty No freezing they had to replace the whole board . Please do not buy directly from them as we not sure when again it would stop working looks like they sell refurbished products

Wanted a white refrigerator to match current kitchen appliances but could only find lower end refrigerators in that color. The Bespoke offered the choice of several colors and was one of the deciding factors in buying this product. Bought during Memorial Day promotion and was very happy with the sale price.

I got the white version to go with my cabinet colours and it is stunning. Every feature you can think of under the sun is packaged into this. The only con is the fridge is 73 inches tall and we are having a hard time fitting it in. All said, a definite must buy!

My kids can grab water without needing me, and I don't have to worry about little hands leaving smudges all over the fridge. Plus, the customizable panels?Can't wait to get them! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Refrigerator went out, and we had just come back from visiting my parents who had this refrigerator. I loved it! The recipe builder is amazing. It takes the guess work out of what to make for dinner. I can view what's in my fridge from my phone. This is so helpful when running to the grocery store. My son uses the web on it more than me, but it makes him feel as if he is helping in the kitchen. I highly recommend. It is very spacious, and you can adjust shelves to fit your needs. Having a 2-door freezer is a game changer. I no longer have to dig to the bottom to find what I am looking for. Since our purchase we have not had to use the deep freezer as much.

Installing of the product could be much better. The delivers refused to connect the water dispenser, stating that's a plumber's job. They stated they are only allowed to connect the device into the wall. Despite the fact that there's a large disclaimer when you open the fridge that states "installer is responsible for properly connecting the house water supply to the unit." Very disappointing since many of the unsatisfactory reviews I had seen were based on issues with the ice dispenser. Unfortunately, I cannot even comment on that since I had to submit a repair request to get the water supply properly connected (3 days after delivery). As for the actual refrigerator, I have enjoyed setting it up and testing out the functionality of the various apps in the family hub. It's great that there's a bookmarks widget. It would be even better if some of those bookmarks that are known to have operational apps on androids/iphones could also be included for installing the apps in the family hub. I hope to update this review after a few days of use and once the water is connected and ice dispenser is functional.
