The screen allows you to view apps, play music, watch tv and use the SmartThings app to adjust settings and see what is in your fridge while at the grocery store. The shelves are spacious and allow you to adjust them to fit about anything you need to in the fridge portion. The lower sections have pull out shelves/baskets for storing and organizing your items. The flex zone can be set at a variety of different temperatures depending on your preferences, I just use it as a freezer section. The beverage center allows access to the water dispenser and water pitcher along with access to items in the left upper door. The AI features seem good and keeps track of the food going in and out of the fridge. It will give you recipe ideas using items you have stored in the fridge. The ice dispenser has a tray for two different types of ice along with an ice scoop and holder.

My Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator was delivered and professionally installed. From the moment I locked eyes on it, I was in love. First I installed both apps ( Samsung and smart things apps).  While in settings turn on both ice makers, AI, Go to the settings and turn on both ice makers and activate the AI feature. The main reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  It was hard for me to find the test button on the ice maker after looking on the quick reference guide and watched a YouTube video and had success. Remember to dump your first couple of ice batches and drain a 1/2 gallon from your water pitcher.  You can add fruit, tea bags, or whatever you want to infuse in your water pitcher. My reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  My second was the beavage center. It has two huge bins and holds several drink options. Final reason was it is a computer inside your refrigerator smart technology at its best. It can play music show you cooking video's, update your goggle calendar and email. Never forget importance dates or things when using the AI features. I can go on and on about the best purchase I have made in a long time.  I love that you can decide how each door can be used and control the temperature to fit the item's storaged inside. The wider doors and the availability of several door bins allows you to see everything in your refrigerator. The whole family loves this purchase. I received this refrigerator as an discounted incentive.

Don't waste you time witn ANY Samsung Appliances. We've had 3 refritgerators and 2 ovens replaced which happens about every 2-3 years. The latest compressor fail on a refriterator happened 1 month after the extended warranty exired and Samsung does nothing to help. Even the repair technicians say stear clear of all Samsung appliances.

The AI vision tells me when i put in food and take out food so i can avoid food waste. The technology in the AI family hub works with my existing smarthings and alexa all in one. I can voice control the lights from there as well as watch you tube or Samsung tv while i cook. You can program the dual ice maker to make ice and make the flex zone specifically for freezing or meat or veggies. The beverage center is very cool feature to have pitcher for iced tea of fruit infused drinks. I love the flexibility you can customize for your needs. Lots of room, easy and convenient to use. Great fridge!

Samsung did a great job and really bringing the best of the best in this design. The four-door gives you great freezer capacity and the integrated AI helps. Keep your list in check. It gives you adequate room for an extra large pizza and the beverage center is just the most convenient brilliant design I have ever seen. I can keep my drinks ready to go and the filtered water is delicious all in all worth every dime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge is very roomy and gets super cold! The ice maker is great and makes loads of ice. I especially like the pitcher of water as I am often in a rush and want to quickly pour my water into a container. The digital screen has been very handy and even connects to our washer/dryer! The set up was extremely easy and we’ve had no issues. The design is sleek and very modern looking. We did need to add some small organizational shelves for our smaller items such as cheeses and sandwich meat as we used to keep those in a drawer in our last fridge and the large shelves that come with this fridge are too much room for these small items. Overall I love the fridge and I have no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had big expectations for this Bespoke Refridgerator with Family Hub and AI technology. Great, but not perfect... yet. One main reason we chose the 4 door french option (I had the older model of this in my last house too and loved it) was the capability to choose the bottom section for more fridge space. This is perfect for a family with kids. We love setting that up just for them with their favorite snacks and drinks. This works for us because we have a separate garage freezer. The beverage door is great! Love having access to protein shakes or creamer for coffee without opening the entire door. The real winner is that auto-fill pitcher. To quickly fill large waterbottles is a time saver. We also chose the white glass option as I read it acts like a white board... so fun. Our kids loved drawing with dry erase markers on it. Even my husband and I played hangman. Just a cool alternative when the front is not magnetic. Also the hands free option is super helpful. This is where I knock off a star. I am very tech savvy especially when it comes to Samsung products. We have multiple devices throughout our home. This particular refrigerator with the integration of technology aka the Family Hub and AI and viewing inside feature is half of this product. Setting it up was totally fine. But it wasn't seamless. One major part was putting food inside the fridge. The camera scans what goes in and out and creates a small thumbnail for the item which is usually blurry, not clear, looks ehh and mostly not recognized so you have to edit each item. This is very time consuming. The cameras only face the doors, so when you close the doors and want to see inside, you only see (what I'm assuming most people put in the doors) condiments. You do not get to choose a live view of the main part of the fridge like the older model. This is a setback in my opinion. It should allow you to do both features, scan and whole upper fridge view. There weren't a lot of options for apps either. Even the Spotify app you still needed to be connected to your phone initially to launch the music. Pandora worked as expected. Watching Samsung TV was simple. Sound was good. One thing I did like was screen mirroring my phone for recipes to follow while cooking. You can create favorite website tabs to go to and we added our grocery store as one so we could add food to our list there. But I feel like it would make sooo much more sense if apps were integrated so you could be logged into your phone and see the same thing that your phone has. I would have like to see the Samsung Notes app in there for sure. To have checklists. Maybe a more customizable calender rather than a picture of the calender. The main reason for the smart screen was camera viewing. I know that the Ring has an app to view cameras, but we use another camera and have access to view it through the Smartthings App which is an option on the fridge. But it never worked and would not connect. I even froze all wifi connections except the fridge to our modem and it still would not stream video through SmartThings. I was hoping to see who was at the door or see kids playing in the backyard while I was in the kitchen, but this main feature never functioned properly for me. Overall, beautiful fridge. Just lacking in the technology side - still smarter fridge than anything else out there. But my expectations were not met with the Family Hub part and so we did return this for one without the screen. If you're not picky and willing to wait for updates to eventually maybe happen on that side, then get it. After exhausting all options on my end for fixing the video, the rest of the technology just wasn't personally meeting my expectations the way I had imagined. We love the non-screen option we have now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'll start off by saying I came from a smaller refrigerator from another brand. I was not sure what to expect from the layout of this fridge but having had it for about a week now I can say that both my wife and I love it. With the previous fridge It always felt cramped inside, moving food around trying to find what you are looking for. Not with this fridge. This fridge utilizes the entire top part of the unit and makes for easy organization of food and finding things is a breeze now. Gone are the days of taking all the food out and putting it on the countertop to find that one thing you want. I also love the beverage center. If I want a pitcher of water well there it is, I can just grab it and set it on the table during a meal. Once done I can put it back in the beverage center and it refills automatically. No need to take time to sit there and fill it back up. I also like that I can just open the front part of the door to grab either drinks or a milk carton and not have to open the entire door letting the cold air out. The lower freezer is nide as well. I like having the ice drawer with the two types of ice. Some in our family prefer the ice bites well the bigger ice is nice for gatherings. The flex zone on this Samsung is a nice addition as well. This area provides an easy way to organize either freezer related items if you want more freezer then just the one side, or you can cater it to meats or veggies/fruits. Also, you can turn a setting on that allows you to tap the bottom of the fridge doors and they auto open making this fridge have a very premium feel. This is a nice extra if my hands are full of stuff that needs to go back in the fridge. If that wasn’t enough to make you want this, it also has the biggest screen I have ever seen on a fridge with a built in tablet. I can’t tell you how useful this thing is. The food app allows us to find new meals that we haven’t ever tried before and gives step by step on how to make the meal. Once you find recipes you like you can add them to the calendar, and they show up in the meal planner app. We are now planning our meals every night using the fridge with meal planner. We can also create a shopping list right on the fridge knowing exactly what is needed and just adding it to the shopping list app. Of course, all this integrates with the Samsung SmartThings app. Once setup within the app, I was able to view the meal planner and shopping list right from SmartThings. We love our new fridge!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is excellent! The stainless steel surface is very easy to clean, and looks sleek. Great capacity, suitable for a household of 4. I love that the water hub is actually inside so it’s not exposed. The auto fill setting makes it even more wonderful! Kids are having so much fun with the big screen. The best part to me is the bins on the doors, it has them on all 4 doors, makes it easier to organize, also feels like the fridge can hold more because of these bins. Cools fast, precise temperature settings, love it! Also have to mention the Smart Things App, easy to connect, we also have the same brand stove, so we're able to set up everything with couple clicks. Love this fridge, highly recommended!
