Ordered in advanced and fortunate to get ours today. So pretty and all but while peeling the film, the ice drawer/shelf looked wonky. Pulled it and look like it was forced during assembly. Pulled and it was broken. (Photo attached) Broken hearted immediately. 💔 Can I get a replacement of said part? 🙏 Also, doors arent flushed. Right door is ajar-ish by 1/8 inch. 🥹💔 Any fix? Will other customers who paid and are gonna pay premium experience these defects missed by quality control?

As a big family, we were looking for a fridge that provided substantial space for everyone’s groceries. The freezer has to be one of my favorite features. There’s not only plenty of space to keep meats and meals separate but an abundance of ice too! All of us love that we can play music and videos on the screen or leave important memos without having to search for pen and scraps of paper to remember what we need to shop for. We are truly grateful for the simplicity and abundance this fridge provides for our family. Another feature our family really enjoys is the voice control that opens the doors for you with a simple command. Our son loved that he could tap the outside of the fridge to also command it to open. Makes things so convenient when I’m carrying in groceries. When we open up the fridge, it takes a photo and times and dates it which makes updating your grocery list a lot easier. This fridge just really makes our lives easier with how much it does for us. I love that we can follow up new recipes with the media features. Makes cooking with my family another adventure! I recommend this fridge to anyone who is looking for a spacious refrigerator who could also benefit from a smart fridge that contributes to a fun and versatile experience every time!

I bought this fridge in December 2024 for our new home and we absolutely love it!! All the features are so cool, I can ask it questions like Siri, put my to do lists on there, play music or TV and I always know what’s in there/ when food is going to expire with the AI feature.

The 29 cubic foot volume is plenty for a growing family with room to spare. I really value the configuration options that Samsung provides for optimizing storage. The beverage zone makes easy work to get water with the auto filling pitcher and keeps the visuals clean by concealing it all behind a clean top door. The dual auto ice maker is my favorite feature as it provides two sizes of ice for your drinks and the included scoop is much enjoyed when making smoothies or adding to large containers. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our Samsung refrigerator at the end of March 2024. The first thing I noticed is that it's quite spacious-looking and sleek in design. This model has four doors. The top two are to the refrigerator/ water dispenser and the lower two are to the freezer compartment and include the ice cubes. The ice cubes are available in two sizes and it includes a scoop. The refrigerator compartments have two drawers as does the freezer section. The drawers are quite roomy. All of my groceries fit easily in this appliance with room to spare. The stainless steel seems to be smudge-resistant. The inside is very streamlined and orderly. The compartments on the inside of the doors are deep and hold a lot of condiments and beverages. This feature was pleasantly surprising. All my frozen veggies fit in one drawer and frozen fruit in the other. This was helpful and seemed very well planned out/designed. The beverage center is another cool feature. It consists of a water pitcher that has a fruit infuser in it. The bottom half has two drawers of two different-sized ice cubes. The most impressive feature is the AI Hub with a big screen. Different apps can be accessed, notes can be saved, and settings on the appliance can be used. It is used in conjunction with the SmartThings app with which you can use and control many of your home’s smart appliances. The very best feature to me is how spacious and well-thought-out the design is. The added technology of a smart AI appliance is a bonus. I have not fully explored the AI hub yet. My shopping list has been started on it so far and that is cool since the family can add to it as we go. I also can watch YouTube cooking videos on it which is super helpful. Overall, it’s the nicest and most advanced appliance I have ever had to date. I’d highly recommend it and give it 5 stars.
