[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For context, we are a bleeding-edge type of family and this is our seventh refrigerator in 22 years. Not only is this the best refrigerator we've ever had, but it is the first refrigerator we absolutely LOVE. It's the first refrigerator we don't have major complaints about. Every other fridge we've owned (this is our third Samsung in a row) has had some major compromise in the past, like a slow ice maker or tiny water dispenser. This fridge is amazing in every way! We are so in love with it!

I got the white version to go with my cabinet colours and it is stunning. Every feature you can think of under the sun is packaged into this. The only con is the fridge is 73 inches tall and we are having a hard time fitting it in. All said, a definite must buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new fridge. There is so much room. And i love the fact that the bottom portion can be used as a beverage/fridge area. I was in needs of more fridge space and I definitely got it.

I will never buy another samsung refirgerator. This is the second one (both came with house when bought). Ice maker was replaced and started leaking 6 months later. Previous samsung ice maker would continually freeze and also needed to be replaced. Both were "out of warranty"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is a dream or a fantasy come true. We love, love this refrigerator. Everything about it is perfect. We've had it for around 6 months now and there a no complaints. It's large. It has the perfect ice machine built right in.The Family Hub (Tablet) is incredible. I didn't think that I would be using it too much, but in reality, I use it all the time. I especially like that I can add all my upcoming events, games, important dates, appoinments, etc., on the Google calendar on my lap top and it gets displayed on my calendar on the fridge. You can select up to 100 photo's to display as a screensaver. I even watch my games on it. The picture is amazing. You can get notifications, make adjustments for the temp, stop/start the ice maker, and much more all from the Smartthings App on your phone. Even to this day, I would see the fridge in the kitchen and I would shake my head in disbelief. I am honestly in awe. It is perfect!

I bought this fridge in December 2024 for our new home and we absolutely love it!! All the features are so cool, I can ask it questions like Siri, put my to do lists on there, play music or TV and I always know what’s in there/ when food is going to expire with the AI feature.

We have had this fridge for almost a month and so far this fridge is awesome! First we were sure about the white. Don’t think twice if the white works in your kitchen it’s beautiful. I’m glad we ditched the stainless steel the white is amazing. The family absolutely loves the beverage center. Cold water in a pitcher and being able to use the fill direct and not ugly dispenser and a clean look. The 2 different ice options is a plus and the ice is inside not out again a plus for us. The size is one of the main reasons we bought this fridge. I absolutely hated our French door fridge. You can’t fit anything in it. This fridge is huge and now we actually have space after shopping and I can see everything in the fridge and freezer. Best fridge imho. And the family hub we still need to learn but it is used by everyone from pictures to grocery list to the front door to music or news. Once we learn it I’m sure it will be used. My friends and family buy wolf and sub zero they are dummies. I can’t comment on the performance that is TBD but this fridge hand down was very thought out. Good job samsung

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I had to buy another refrigerator I don’t know if I would still pick this one. I love that I can turn the bottom into either freezer or fridge. I do love the screen and it does come in handy. Only downside is side is the camera it really don’t show the items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in early September 2024 and it's been a very positive experience so far. I love the space it provides and the flexibility to adjust the freezer sections. I have only adjusted once so far when I needed extra refrigeration space for the holidays. I have not used the AI features yet but plan to in the near future. The fridge takes pictures of items as I put them in but most pictures are not clear, although I just read it would help if I put them in slower and faced the camera better. Seems like it might be a bit of work to get all items labeled correctly when AI can't determine what the item is. I do get meal plans generate at the beginning of each week and although I have not followed any plans yet, they could be useful. We love having the calendar in the Family Hub and being able to display different pictures. I don't use the Hub display a ton but it is really nice to have. The feature I both love and hate the most is the beverage center. I absolutely love having a pitcher full of cold water waiting for me at all times. Unfortunately the pitcher quite often randomly does not refill. I have tried every suggestion I read online to try to fix it but nothing worked. That is until I accidentally dropped the pitcher on our tile floor. Luckily the pitcher did not crack but it did jam the lid in tighter making it difficult to remove. The pitcher fill has been much more consistent since this happened pointing to a loose pitcher lid being the culprit. My wife loves having two types of ice ready at all times also. I was initially concerned the ice maker would take up too much space in the freezer but space has not been a concern. Overall best fridge I ever owned.

The model RF28R6301SR looked so great in the store, but it has irate design problems. One major issue is the quality of the plastic of the door shelves. Shelf after shelf broke into little pieces, and the contents crashed and spilled to the floor when the appliance was only a little over a year old. I was told I would have to purchase new, replacement shelves although this is clearly a manufacturer’s defect. . In all my years of purchasing refrigerators, I have had one shelf break. Additionally, there is insufficient room for all items, such as soda and juice bottles. Buyer beware!
